Great concept and design but terrible quality. There is no proper packaging—it came taped onto a plastic tray, with lots of cello tape to hold it in place. The product is light and handy, but I'm not sure it's genuine. Letters are missing from the logo, the indicative lights don't work properly. It heats up too fast. And returning it is another pain altogether—there is no pick-up (or even drop) option. You need to post it to the seller, and in a really short return window, at that!

This product is worst . On first day it worked and second day onwards it’s not working at all. If you have the option to replace the product please do it.
