I'm using without battery. Always plugged in and kept in for past 9 months. The WiFi and network capabilities are too good. Using it as primary router with another secondary range extender. Both together give excellent coverage for my 4000 sq ft home. Worth the buy. This is my first renewed product purchase. Didn't let me down

there was no charger in the box and the Charging cable does not fit in the WIFI device, but the WIFI Device is working fine.

I got a faulty jiofi 2 device... Its sim slot is not working... Bad purchase🥴
