My unit arrived yesterday, so I charged it for 24 hours... I am using the unit as I type! Oh My God! This is the relief I have been search for high, and low.... So glad I made this purchase! It was worth every penny!

Unfortunately, this did not help my particular case of neuropathy. Hopefully, others will experience relief with it.

Ordered Ultima Neuro Neuropathy Treatment System. Even though I bought the highest price system it came with the wrong activating unit. I would only activate one sock, even though the instructions say it would activate both socks at the same time. Also the socks are for a much smaller foot and not for my size 12. Emailed the company and the complaint fell on deaf ears. No response. found phone number. Called and it was a recording telling me to use email. FRUSTRATING!

The reason for taking away one star is that I was expecting to be completely back to normal by this point in time; however, my expectation may have been too high, given that I am using them only once rather than the recommended twice per day and for only 4 months so far.I’m will to try to increase to twice per day, going forward.P.S. My technique is to 1) soak the socks in warm water 2) spray the Trace solution directly to my skin 3) wear the socks 4) increase the two channels until I see the muscles in my calves reacting to the stimulus (I apply the round electrode pads to my inner calves)

Also posted in glove section. Great products. I have suffered from neuropathy and osteoarthritis for 15 years. Granted I've spent $6,600 in laser treatments over the past 1-1/2 years, but their gloves and socks reduced my pain and shakey balance after the first treatment. I've done three on hands and feet since. Every time It feels better.

It's a perfect team and I can suggest it for diabetic polyneuropathy my wife found it very helpful

This product did nothing for my neurology and the return was a hassle with a high-end restocking fee!
