Mole Artesanal Traditional Mexican Mole Poblano Sauce 12.35 oz (2 Jars)

I used to frequent a mom and pop Mexican place that served homemade Oaxacan mole that was just incredible. So complex. Sweet, spicy, smoky, chocolaty and none of the elements overpowered the others. I have tried reproducing it at home, with minor success. Thought I would give this a try and was very pleased with it. This mole totally satisfied my craving. Quality ingredients and very rich and complex. I will buy it again and recommend it to anyone looking for this style of mole.

This is well made but a tad too sweet for me. Taste is subjective so it will be different for each person. Family enjoyed it though and I will use the rest of it so it's not a waste.

This is a delicious ready-to-use version of Oaxaca mole - not too sweet, not too spicy. The wonderful thing about it is that all you have to do is warm it up and add it to food. I parboiled some chicken and finished cooking it in mole Artesanal - all I did was add some chicken stock. For breakfast, I add a dab of warm mole to my scrambled eggs. I recommend it for ppl that cook every evening, love mole but don’t have time preparing and adjusting flavors. This mole is good out of the jar!

Too sweet. tasted like chocolate syrup. We had to discard all 4 jars. Couldn't use it

I tried for the first time this product a couple of days ago. It was prepared with Red Rice "Mexican Style"; and Plátano Macho Gorditas filled with Beans. Honestly, I think this Mole is the best I've tried so far. It is simple and easy to prepare; just open it and warm it up and will be ready to enjoy!! It has a very unique flavor with so many different notes and aromas. I loved it and would recommend it to anyone that loves good food. Highly Recommend it!

I had to doctor this up before I could serve it. Really bland straight out of har, no depth of flavor. Shipping was ok.

Mole Artesanal is the best Mexican mole I have ever tried. The moment I opened the jar I was automatically transported to Mexico. The mole is ready to eat so there is no need to add water or any other ingredients, just had to heat it up and pour it over rolled tortillas filled with chicken to make tasty enchiladas. The balance of heat, spice and sweetness is perfectly achieved in this product and it is vegan and gluten free. I highly recomend it.
