I thought I would trouble with the shirt staying on but the strap in the upper back area keeps it from moving too much during my yoga class.

Excellent for workouts if you like long sleeve tops
I tend to wear long sleeve workout shirts with light breathable fabrics. This top has nice open back, so I can show off my cute strappy sports bra while having front covered. It fits true to size. It is one of my favorite tops currently. It also washes easily, but I recommend “delicate” or “handwash” cycles using cold water. I think that’s the best way to keep all workout/active wear clothes in best shape.
