But I found that the paper (as opposed to non-porous baking pans) bakes faster and therefore dries out the baked product.So reduce your temp and/or your baking time. Then you'll be fine.BTW the full-size of these pans is fantastic for making a tear-and-share of Chelsea buns or cinnamon rolls.
