FaithKids Bible Charades - The Historical Game of Hysterical Fun!

Our family was pretty excited to get Bible charades, and then play it on family night. But we were pretty bummed to find out it is extremely difficult to play. The game states ages 10+, but even my husband and I found it difficult to play.It is kinda set up like trivia pursuit, where you roll the dice and land on a space that is color coded with a symbol. Then you act out the corresponding symbol on the card. Here lies the problem: the categories on the cards are: Old Testament stories, New Testament stories, People/places, parables, proverbs, and hymns/music.Some of the answers like "the lion's den," are easier to act out and guess. But most of the ones on these cards are things like: "grasps the spindles with her fingers," "let the dead bury the dead," "the double portion," "the plumb line," "the devoted soldier is murdered." I could see acting out things like the story of the wine at the wedding, or the exodus, etc. But to have to know phrases from just ANY passage in the Bible without knowing anything else except it's category is just plain to hard.This game we thought would bring hours of fun, has now become a game that will just sit and collect dust.

Seller great. Delivery great. Product was too difficult for every student and adult that I know.

I really cannot review this game as it was purchased for a neighbor to give to her Son-in-law. I did see the condition it arrived in; very good. Actually, it looks as though it had been used very little. Seeing it may cause me to purchase one for my home as well.
