If the family surname is not given we will enter our family. 4. All prints are manufactured to fit a 10" x 8" picture frame. 5. Please note prints my differ slightly due to personalisation request. 6. All orders are dispatched within 3 working days please allow 7 days for your print to arrive. 7. Your print will be packaged in a A4 hard backed envelope. 8. Due to the nature of your gift it can't be returned, if you are not 100% satisfied please contact us we will be happy to resolve any issues. 9. Two are lovely, one unusable.
We bought three. Two of them are great and we have bought frames separately to go with them and they will make a nice gift. The third one however has a huge mistake as it is missing the word family in large writing at the bottom-see picture. Unfortunately we only noticed last minute when wrapping ready to see the recipients tomorrow, so it has left us in a bit of a pickle in terms of having to get another gift last minute and the frame we bought is now also of no use so we have wasted money. However, mistakes happen and the other two look really nice. So I would still recommend the company-just order in advance and check thoroughly! I actually had checked the names at the top when it arrived but had missed the glaringly obvious mistake at the bottom.
