I Use it to Stay Warm while Shoveling Snow
I understand a lot of people could benefit from this product because of neck pain. However, its biggest benefit to me is keeping me toasty warm while I'm shoveling snow... Christmas caroling... or just enjoying a walk outside on a cold winter night. It's also great for the cabin in the mountains. I stay warm, even if I'm not next to the fireplace. I'm surprised no one mentions that it looks fine wrapped around your neck, under a buttoned coat. Nice Christmas presents.

Holds the heat
The wrap is a great idea, just wish it went down a bit farther on my shoulders. It heats well and holds the heat for quite a while. It does feel a bit heavy on my neck which I don't mind, but if others don't care for that you might want to keep looking. I think it weighs 3-4 lbs. I have only used it a few times, but so far I like it. It's a good way to warm up after being outside in the cold. The scent is not strong but noticeable. If you are sensitive to mild scents this might not be for you. Overall, good product so far.

Worth EVERY penny!
The media could not be loaded. Okay let’s not waste any time! Alright so a little back story on me, I have permanent muscle damage in my upper back due to a work accident. I get kinks in my neck a lot from sleeping funny or crashing on the couch. I also have a heart condition (mechanical mitrol valve- which means basically my Mitrol heart valve was defective) so going to a chiropractor is out of the question for me. I have come to appreciate the heating pads/cold compress along with products to use topically. But now that I got this hands free wrap that is SUPER soft and comfy on the skin, I’m set. It’s made in the USA using Flax seed or rice as contents inside, so it can be damp when microwaved. There is said to be a smell and I got a very light smell when I got it damp for the first time, now either the smell has faded or I just don’t notice it anymore. It doesn’t leave a smell on your body from what I could tell, so that’s also a plus. I got the leopard print wrap because I’m a little extra sometimes. The color is spot on – no pun intended. The stitching is awesome, I’m rough with things so the durable craftsmanship is appreciated. I have to be honest I wasn’t expecting for it to be as heavy as it is, however it reminds me of my weighted blanket that is used for anxiety and insomnia. No lie of the 2 weeks I’ve had the wrap, I’ve woken up 3 times in the past week on the couch with the wrap on cause I fell asleep. It really is that comfortable and soft.Heating it up, a minute and a half is the time in the microwave altogether even reheating once. After the minute I check on the wrap every 10-15 seconds until desired heat. If you get it damp before you heat it up, it gets Really hot so please be careful. My sensitive skin wasn’t able to take the heat when the wrap was damp. Almost instant relief.Cool it down now. I put the wrap in a plastic bag in the freezer for an hour and this bad boy stays chill for about 30-45 minutes maybe more. I noted relief about 10 minutes into using the cold neck wrap. Whether it’s chilled or hot I only use the neck wrap in 15 minute increments, because you know too much of a good thing can be bad for you, or so they say.I use the wrap nearly everyday usually when I am working. I work from home doing freelance work so perfect time to use it. I paid under 30 bucks for it and I feel it is worth every penny. I definitely recommend!

Best neck heating pad
This neck heating wrap is best for stiff necks especially if your working in front of your computer all day. Way better than an electric heating pad. SunnyBay customer service is awesome

Comfortable, seemingly well made, but not really "hands free".
This is the third microwaveable heating pad I've owned in the last 4-5 years, and this seems to be the best of the three. I like the heavier weight, and the comfortable soft plaid material. I use it for chronic, sometimes debilitating neck pain so I don't have to rely so much on pain medications, which I hate to take.My only complaint is there is only one strap, rather than one on each end. Why they're advertising this as "hands free" is beyond me. I hadn't noticed in the pictures there was only one strap, and no real way to attach the two ends together while wearing it. Apparently the purpose is so you can close one side into the other. But as far as I can see, for me that feature serves no useful purpose. I had assumed there was one on each end so I could hold it tightly against my neck, or to attach it by hooking both ends together to get maximum effect from a freshly heated pad. I was disappointed, but there is nothing in the pictures or the description that describes it any differently than it is. I just didn't notice.Microwavable heating pads work well for a few minutes, 10-15 minutes or so of useful heat, but most of them don't hold the heat as long as one might expect, and this one is no exception. The tendency is to heat them long and hot so they hold heat longer, but be careful, you'll burn it up with a smelly mess if you get it too hot.By the way, I have a 1200w microwave. I heat it at 60% power for 2 minutes, then 100% for 30 seconds if necessary. It seems to work fine that way and lasts about 15 minutes.
