SoundQubed HDS3.1 1200W RMS Dual 2 Ohm Subwoofer Series (10-inch Dual 2 Ohm)

This makes my 3rd order of these subs for my vehicles. I have been installing my own audio equipment for a number of years. I can tell you from personal experience, if you match one of these with the right sub box/amp configuration, you will not be disappointed. Just put these two 10" 2-Ohm subs, wired for a 2-Ohm load to my HiFonics amp, in a sealed box in my Chevy Silverado Ext. Cab and YIKES!!! Everything shakes and I get a free back massage in the process. Very good quality and I have not broken these subs in yet. I also have a single 10" (Dual 4-Ohm version) in my Acura in a ported box. People swear I have two 12" subs as it pounds and goes very low. Also matched it with a smaller HiFonics Brutus amp. Wish my truck had more room under the rear seat to fit a ported/vented box but I was not willing to give up my bench seat. Box and subs fit nicely under my truck rear seat with slight modification. Anyway, if you are considering a great sub at an outstanding price, definitely give these a try. Sounds much better and louder than the 12" Kicker L7's these replaced and handles much more power. If you run two of these in a sealed box, get a beefy amp/battery.

Buying this subwoofer was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I was drooling over this thing for months. Looking up specs, making sure I got exactly what I wanted/needed for my application. I bought it Dec 2017...it is now Sep 2018 and it is still going strong.My amp (SPL GLA1-6000D) is pretty dated but it still delivers clean power to this thing and it handles anything I throw at it.I listen to everything from Drum and Bass, Mexican Music, Death Metal, Country, House, Hip Hop...you name it. This sub has done it.I want to thank the SQ team for making such a durable sub and I'll be back for a SQ amp and a HDC3.112 very soon!!I have it in a 2.5cu prefab ported box and it makes my 2018 Chevrolet Cruze be heard from a block away.Pros: Strong Build, Durable material, clean soundCons: I need to upgrade all of my other equipment to match this awesome piece of quality engineering.

Very impressed. Especially for the price. I replaced to Sundown SA12s with these. The only reason i did this is because i accidentally purchased the 2ohm SA12s, and not the 4ohm versions, so i was unable to run my amp at 1ohm. So , rather than spend another 429, i opted to go with these and save 100. Very impressed. Have them running off of Sundown SCV2000D, in a ported box tuned at 32hz. Wow. Cant breath in the back seat! Love it.

These subs are beast I have them wired to 2ohms with the sou ndqubed q1 2200.2 watt amp with two 1 Farrad compacitors and these thing bump hard as hell in my 02 E320 Mercedes Benz. I actually had to go to the soundqubed web site to get the plans for a custom box specifically for these because they literally blew my box I used to have my Memphis's in apart. Crazy lows and couldn't be more happy with these things. I run them hard as hell for long periods of time and haven't had any problems. Like multi hour car trips every other day they all at full volume if I am in the car and have stood up to hella abuse for well over a year now. Would recommend to anyone that wants to get a system or upgrade what they already got. Would make sure to get the right amp also to feed these things the real power they want to really show off. Like I said they are a beast of a speaker. Put the sound deadening with it and God damn it sounds amazing. That stuff is worth the investment if you want to maximize your sound

Love the SoundQubed brand and have this subwoofer wired to a soundqubed Q1 1200 rms with one of the volt meters and the green wiring kit in a 2 cubic ft box tuned to 37hz. Hits super hard and I am very happy with the purchase. Also recommend the amplifier it never gets hot and looks great! Had the setup For about a year now playing at least an hour a day 5-6 days a week and still preforming as well as it was right after the break in period.

Purchased two of these and built a custom ported box that takes up the majority of my sedan trunk. Have it attached to a 1000W Audiopipe APCL 10001D amp at 1 ohm. Oh man do these hit hard. Rattled loose one of my spoiler's screws (poor aftermarket install from person who owned vehicle before me) and fixed it. Plays easily over 140 dB in my car. Very pleased with these subs. I just recommended the 10" version of these subs to a friend for his install.

Cant beat the soundqubed kinda sucks a lil they took off the green stitching but shipping was quick sub came undamaged was double boxed and they answered all the questions I had overall 10 out of 10 now time to brake this bad boy in...

So far sooo good. I bought these to replace some much lower power handling Pioneer champions. These are much tighter, punchier, and hit deeper lows and better highs. I am running them in a sealed enclosure and have just now got them broken in. Wow they sound great. Im an Sound quality person vs. an SPL person. I have also bought the 6.5" Sound Qubed components and they sound great too!
