I had an old very large dish with a new line box, but it often lost the signal in the wind and failed after five years. This Premium flat portable satellite dish is so much better! Easy to set up, brilliant reception and didn’t pixelate once during three weeks on a campsite where it is (and was) often quite windy. It has a neat carry case for the dish and the stand folds up into a fairly small size so stows away easily, without taking up much room in the Van. Highly recommended!

First I set it up at home in the caravan, took me about two hours fiddling around with the set up and then finding the satellite signal that was ok. Took it on holiday to Staffordshire and set it up, could I get it to work no!. Left me frustrated tried everything possible to get a signal, sent an email to the company (supplier) for help and got no response, total waste of time and money. Lesson learned don’t buy cheap!.

Superb service from the supplier. It arrived with the wrong tripod connector, this was replaced the following day. Great customer service.As for the product, it is SO easy to set up and use. As a “first timer” I was up and running in less than 10 minutes. Picture quality is excellent.Just excellent all ways round.
