The packaging was very secure. The instructions were decent, and the equipment was not hard to assemble. We used it to recapture our first batch of Hemp flower extract and alcohol within a few days of the shipment arriving. This will be a work hoarse for Fan Leaf Infusions for sometime to come. MW

Worked nice and quiet for the first day. On the second day, I started to notice a clicking as it rotated and gear grease was starting to come out of the sealed area. I did notice the screws were pretty loose which is probably why the gear grease was coming out. I think there was internal damage from the grease leak and that's what is causing the clicking on every rotation. I also fear some internal screws might not of been tightened correctly. I've contacted support via their website twice now and was told their "Amazon Team" would be getting back with me.(First time no one got back with me) I really don't want to return the entire unit due to the size and glassware. Just needs a new motor/rotator. Hopefully after today's contact with them, I do get a response from their Amazon team. Fingers crossed.Edit: 2/2/2023, Still no contact from customer service about getting my issues corrected....

The vacuum gauge was damaged when it arrived, it was a bummer to see that because everything else was ok and packaged well.

Works well for the price. A little trouble with the fuses. Overall I am satisfied with it.

Works great! Would suggest getting the 1/2 hp vacuum pump.

Arrived promptly. Packaged well. Everything intact. Worked right out of the box. Nothing missing or broken. Only complaint is the instructions.
