Straight forward replacement on a Tao Tao TForce 125 atv. Wish I would’ve replaced the original long ago instead of dealing with multiple failures and having to clean the old one. The only issue is the air filter doesn’t have the nipple for the PCV hose; I swapped my old air filter onto the new carburetor because it was plenty clean. You can buy replacement air filters with the nipple separately.After replacing, it started immediately and ran great! After a couple adjustments on the air/fuel screw and reducing the idle, it ran better than ever and is faster, too.

Installed this new carb and my daughter’s Trailmaster 125 fired right up and runs like a champ.

The OEM carburetors on Tao Tao 110B 4-Wheelers gum up very fast when you don't start these monthly. The carburetor floats are not adjustable. I was skeptical about this product, listed at such a great price. The throttle cable was a chore to reinstall, but once that was done everything went together super simple. I only needed a 10mm socket, an extension, and a ratchet to do the entire job. After I turned on the fuel petcock to prime the carburetor it fired right up. I would definitely buy this again for this amazing price.

This was an exact size and mount replacement for my kids 125 coolster(after checking the measurements that were advertised). You do have to do some air screw and idle adjusting as with most carb replacements. I also, at least for this quad, adjusted the throttle needle to the bottom notch. After getting it to idle properly with no choke, I was getting very little to no response when I got to about 3/4 throttle and further. Setting the clip to the bottom notch, raising the needle helped that tremendously. If your machine is not quite where it first ran good after that, I would take the jets from your old carb and put them in this new one. Not sure if the jets are exactly the same size, they don't have any labeling of the size on them. I still have the jets that came in the new one installed and they seem to be doing their job. Also don't worry about connecting to case vent hose running to the back of the air filter. Just put your air filter on and route that hose coming off the crank somewhere safe so it vents and doesn't get clogged

Carb works as it should. However, overflow sits directly in top of engine, which melts overflow tube (there is no way in design to avoid this). Air filter is way too large to fit as engine gets in the way and have to use old smaller filter.

Fit perfectly on 110cc quad, I can't believe it came with the air filter and fuel filter, what a bargain

This lil unit works perfectly for my son's TaoTao 125 quad. Had a sluggish issue with the old carb, and the old carb you can't remove to float bowl to clean. I did manage to get the float bowl off and disassemble the carb to clean it, but didnt help. Bolted the lil hot rod on, fired right up. Made a quick screw adjustment and the quad runs like brand new again. For the cost of this carb with the new fuel and air filters and gaskets, it isnt work monkeying around with the old one. The only thing was the new air filter is too big. No biggie though. Would definitely recommenda and buy again.
