Excellent briefcase
Very well constructed and professional in appearance. Logical organization of pockets with strong zippers which keep supplies tidy and papers in good condition. Well-padded computer sleeve inside. Excellent value for the price.

High quality/durability, and functional design
I've been putting off buying a laptop bag for work for several years. I finally bought this bag to go along with the matching spinner suitcase. It is an extremely functional briefcase which works well for traveling as well as a day-to-day work bag. My favorite feature is the sleeve on the back which allows it to be attached to any suitcase with a handle, thereby freeing up valuable hands and arms for other duties, especially nice if you have kids or are traveling in an airport. The interior of the bag is well thought out and includes three main zippered compartments. The middle compartment seems special-built to hold a 15" or smaller laptop, as this is where it would be most protected, and includes a sleeve for such. The other large compartment holds my notebooks, legal pads, and other items easily. The third large compartment contains multiple smaller pouches variously configured to hold items such as pens, small electronics, and a special passport/credit card/ID pocket which is RFID-blocking. And finally, there is a smaller compartment along the front face of the bag which can hold items that need to be quickly accessed. The short handles are well balanced for an easy grip that does not become painful or tiresome. There is also a larger shoulder strap included with the bag that clips onto built-in hardware along the top of the bag, or it can be removed and stored if not needed.Overall this is a very high quality piece of luggage/baggage, which is what I expected with the brand name and price point. I would purchase this item again, and will likely remain a customer of the brand for years to come.

Very well constructed bag
The laptop bag is great, but if you need to stuff a lot of electronic chargers and other items into this bag then purchase the regular version and not the "slim" version. The slim version will not deal with bulky items and will distort the shape if try to stuff too many bulky items in there. The zippers are awesome, super slick to easily open/close. Lots of different types of pockets for your cables and things. An RFID pocket for your credit cards/passport. And provides a should strap for you also. Overall, pleased with the bag as it is well constructed, but need to highlight that the slim version will not do well with bulky chargers and such.

Lives up to the Travelpro name and yes it can hold a 16" MacBook Pro
The zippers slide smoothly with no jamming. The two compartments that hold devices are capable of holding two thin (think MacBook) laptops or a laptop and a tablet style device. It is a snug fit for older, thicker laptops. If your laptop has an optical drive, you may have trouble fitting it in the bag. I am able to squeeze a 16" MacBook Pro and a 15.6" Acer Aspire e5 series laptop in the bag. I would prefer a little more padding around the electronic compartments, but padding adds bulk, so I get it. The front compartment has space for business cards, pens, and other necessities. There is a pocket for RFID sensitive documents like your passport. The magnet quick access pocket does not seem particularly useful to me. My keys are bulky. I guess I own too many cars. I carry a traditional wallet, so it is too thick for the compartment. The pocket is large enough to handle large phones so that is my most likely use for it. The magnet does not seal the pocket so if your bag tips, small, loose items could fall out. As others have pointed out, there is not a ton of space for documents. I guess this is a sign of the times since we are all moving to a more paperless lifestyle. I purchased this to replace a 25 year old Targus laptop bag from when Targus made quality bags. I paid over $200 in 1996 for the Targus bag, so the price doesn't seem that bad to me. There are plenty of inexpensive laptop bags out there. The Amazon Basics one is surprisingly good for what it is. I hand them out to people in my organization regularly. A good bag holds up for decades though. I expect this Travelpro bag will be the last bag I will have to purchase. As a bonus, the espresso brown does a great job differentiating the bag from the endless sea of black bags while remaining professional.

Nice Companion to my other Travelpro Luggage
I've only used this once on my latest trip. The quality of craftsmanship seems great, but I do wish it were a bit larger. It served as my sole carry-on, and I appreciated the numerous pockets for keeping things organized. However, once I packed it with my essentials, I couldn't slide the Business Brief over the handle of my checked luggage.

Well made with lots of pockets for your “stuff”
This is a great briefcase. I did not rate it on durability since I’ve only had it for 24 hrs. Lots of place to put stuff with room to carry my 15” laptopand 10.5 iPad Air 3.Its a quality product made by Travel Pro and I would expect nothing less from them. This is the “slim” model. Personally, I could not see myself buying the larger size. While all of us have our own needs and wants, this briefcase is the perfect replacement for my 30+ y.o. Tumi which was perfect at the time. Ill miss you you girl!!!Highly recommended!

NICE BUSINESS BRIFCASE ---- BUT NOT FOR A LAPTOP bAB !
Well made and stlylish bag, but mimimal padding, and very / very little storage for cords, charger, mouse, pens, reading glasses, etc. TravelPro makes excellent Luggage, but they have not designed this Bag with Laptop Users in mind. When travelling you need many items you would normally have in your desk at home ----- this bag will not accomodate any of those items. It is well suited for legal papers, files, resumes, tax info files, paper items----- but not peripheral Laptop items. My 15 inch HP Envy would not fit safely in this bag, so I returned it. They make a larger version, but again, it only accomodates more paper files------ not additional Laptop equipment. Would Not Recommend As A Computer Bag.

Excellent quality
Excellent quality and well made briefcase. It really is a slim briefcase which will not hold more than a laptop and ipad, but it does what I need it to do. Very happy with the purchase and will recommend.

Great Product, Customer Service Non-Existent
Product is exactly what I wanted. I wanted to see if there was a shoulder strap with this item. I called Travelpro customer service, got no response from their email and never got a straight answer. I was told yes and I was also to no, then it was suggested I call TravelPro USA. I decided to take my chances and it worked out. This is a perfect size. For a great quality brand, Travelpro customer service basically doesn’t exist…it’s completely useless. Very disappointing from a great quality brand. Else this would be 5/5.
