Easy to install, they include everything it’s took me only an hour to install both.This running boards have completely transformed the look on my Tacoma :) .

Let me start out by saying that I am 84 years old and it isn’t always easy for me to work on a vehicle. This produce had simple yet easy to understand directions, parts were clearly marked, and installation was not difficult. Everything went smoothly and they look great. It took me about two and a half hours, but getting up and down was my issue. Can’t praise the simplicity of installation too highly. Follow the directions, do not tighten the bolts until everything is installed then go back and do a final tightening. I used a torque wrench for the final tightening, and will recheck in a week or two. Two thumbs up.

Perfect fit and look awesome. Instructions are easy to understand. Just don’t tighten bolts until everything is on so you have some wriggle room to adjust. Well worth the price.

I recently bought a 2021 Toyota Tacoma TDR Off Road. After upgrading the tires to off road and putting on a sick Snug Top XTR shell, there still seemed to be something missing. I ordered these hoping they would complete the look and they're practically perfect! I can't believe how great they are and how easy to install for how little they cost! See the before and after yourself. I am a 38 y/o woman with ZERO experience working on cars and I installed these 100% by myself in about 30 minutes start to finish. It was seriously so easy and straight forward! The instructions were perfectly clear and sufficient and all I needed was a socket wrench and a flat head screw driver for popping out the little plastic place holder screws that came in the truck. It looks SO much better now and is way easier to get in and out of for my 8 year old especially.Also, for the record, I really put this truck to work in terms of terrain and weather. I take packs of dogs off leash hiking in the mountains 3 days a week here in Salt Lake City rain or shine all year long. This truck (with these nerf boards) have been through numerous blizzards and snow and rain storms, slogged through mud and dirt and been through the car wash a dozen times now and they still look awesome! I never bottom out and scrape the bottoms on rough terrain (though the higher profile off road tires definitely help with that) and they still look basically like new!I will say you can tell a little that the quality may not be quite as high as other, more expensive or name brand running boards in the somewhat ill fitting plastic end caps, but it's not something that is very obvious to anyone but the person installing them and honestly it's a tradeoff I'm totally ok with for saving a bundle of money after paying a lot for the truck itself and the other upgrades.If you're on the fence, I would say to go for it and buy these. What do you have to lose besides a lot of money!? So far they have been great for me and I will update if for any reason I change my opinion. Easy installation process, everything was labeled , including differentiating driver side and passenger side parts. Everything was shipped with care, I don't have any complaints about the parts at all. Overall, I am very happy with this product!I mainly bought steps so my daughter has an easier time climbing into my stock double cab, it also helps being able to reach the roof if needed as well. At the same time, I wanted something low profile , it hugs against the side and bottom edge very closely, so for someone like me who doesn't need a step can still disregard and get in and out smoothly (so far I haven't hit my shins). And I don't have to worry about them sticking out too much which was another concern of mine. For someone else who prefer a lower , larger step I wouldn't recommend.

These are a great value for the money. Fits well and looks great. My only wish would be that they were a little lower so a more comfortable step up.

PRO-5 stars for ease of installation. I am a 50 year old woman under 5’ tall and had no trouble installing the side bars in under and hour.They look very nice.CONS- Apparently, the double door and king cab Toyota Tacoma take different side bars. I have double doors, but they are the type where the front door needs to be opened before the rear door can be opened. I installed all of the brackets per the subtractions. When I sent to install the bar onto the brackets, I realized the rear bolt holes on the side bar do not match up to the rear bracket. Even if I had realized this before installation, I probably would have opted to try and make it work anyways. The package is heavy, and I can’t imagine repacking it and sending it back. The two front brackets match up perfectly, but the rear bracket placement is more than a foot in front of the holes. The rear bracket still gives support. It’s just not secured to the bar.The step should either be lower or should be placed out another 2”. I had to adjust the way I enter the vehicle and still use the steering wheel for support.I blame myself for not realizing there was a difference in bracket placement.

Great side steps for DOUBLE CAB Tacoma Toyota Truck. Fit well, look nice on the truck, very sturdy!Be careful to choose the right product for your doors and truck length! Access cab is a smaller side step.
