Chair is very big and comfortable but the seat cover is falling apart after under a year. It's only used by my 8 stone daughter as a gaming chair. Very disappointed. Will update with photos and make a warranty claim.*Update* I made the warranty claim on the chair and Boulies have been wonderful in their customer service. They responded quickly to my claim and almost immediately sent me a whole new chair as a replacement. No quibbling no argument, just dealt with, brilliant. They assure me they haven't seen the problem I had with our chair and I am happy to give it a second chance.

I'm not one to normally write reviews but here goes:Postives: beautiful looking chair, great quality. Nice adjustable arm rests.Negatives: this chair is huge I'm only 5'8 and it feels like the back of the chair is miles away from me, which has caused me so much pain in my upper back, the lumber support constantly moves which is a pain.I'd love to give this product higher score but the reason I brought this was to improve my back pain not trigger it off more

Comfort and style on point,nice package a bit heavy but at the end easy to install.

As the headline says, the chair I received has the markings "Ninjia" instead of "Ninja" on side of the chair. I looked up the chair from the Boulies official website and it seems to me that either this is a knock off selling at full price or a manufacturing error. This was pointed out to me while I was streaming on Twitch and one of my viewers pointed it out to me. Can anyone tell me if the "Ninjia" marking was intended?Besides that, I have no complaints about this chair. I've had it for almost a year and everything has held up. Quality feels great, I can sit up with my legs crossed on my chair and be comfortable (as an average height male) and the adjustable armrests are really good for bringing the chair closer to the desk. The memory foam lumber and head pillow really help my posture while maintaining comfort.

This product is exactly what I was looking for. The headrest and backrest are very useful, comfortable additions. Would recommend this chair.
