I recently procured the U.S. Solid Pure Nickel Strip pack for a custom battery pack project, and I must say, these strips nearly hit the bullseye. However, one minor gripe I had was with the packaging; a few strips were slightly bent upon arrival, although it didn’t affect the functionality or the welding process.The U.S. Solid Pure Nickel Strips are a solid choice for anyone delving into DIY battery pack projects. They deliver on conductivity, ease of use, and value for money, which are the key attributes one would look for in nickel strips. Worked well. I have been decomposing the strips to make Nickel Acetate for plating purposes. There's a little bit of smut left when the terminal erodes, but probably only a couple of percent of the weight. I never checked the dimensions, but the material is acceptable for my purposes.

Not the easiest to solder together but not the hardest. Copper with tinning or nickle coating would've been better i think. I got .15 but should've went thicker in retrospect. For rebuilding battery packs.

I don't have experience with the nickle plated products yet but I took my Dremel to this piece you see in the picture and seen maybe 1 or 2 sparks the whole time grinding. (Maybe a half min) I think most of the reviews are correct on this product. It's the real deal! Thanks!

It was exactly what I wanted and expected.

Not sure this is shrink-flation but I've realized i have been shorted on my order. I ordered two packs of the 100 count, 4x100mm nickel strips. I cant test them but im pretty sure they're pure nickel, and I've ordered this same type once before but i didn't count those since I was starting my project and I trusted the product, my mistake. I need to cut the strips into 20mm pieces so I should get 500 pieces, but i ended up with 469 from one pack. Upon counting I discovered that I was 3 strips short in both packs. Also, at least 16%+ are not the full 100mm, ranging from 10 mm too short, thus cutting my count even more. So, I'm getting about 20% that are not up to spec or missing entirely. Not sure if this is a quality control issue or the company is purposely shorting people and hoping they wont notice, either way, it's theft.The product itself is good but if you order, just realize that about 20% will not be usable if you need all the strips to be the same, they wont be. Ill have to look around for a more reputable company but hope this helps someone protect themselves.

The article is genuine nickel and it's passed my salt water test for 30 days without rusting. They where very flexible good to use. I will shop again from this seller

Helaas 95 stuks geleverd in plaats van 100. Ik had ze snel nodig dus terugsturen kan niet. Het enige wat ik wilde was de missende 5 strips. Amazon verschuilt zich achter de de derde partij. En die reageert helaas ook niet. Er komt geen goede oplossing helaas. Jammer, ik heb pech gehad dusEDIT!Probleem opgelost voor mijn 1 ster beoordeling, sorry! Ik krijg nieuwe strips opgestuurd.
