SPRYZZLE Leave Package Sign - Do Not Knock or Ring Bell (Baby Will Cry)

Best purchase I ever made
This is seriously the best purchase I have ever made on amazon. First of all I don't need someone to knock on my door just to drop off a package. Maybe I am old and grumpy now but it is a great day when my packages are left quietly on my porch. Plus my dog don't lose their mind for no reason at all.

Praying for no more wet packages...
I have repeatedly included delivery instructions for all packages, to be placed in my covered breezeway. UPS and USPS are great. Amazon's about 50/50 and FedEx pays no attention whatsoever (I could surround my uncovered front porch with concertina wire and they would just toss it over that...).I'm hoping the respective logos on this colorful sign will catch their eye and alleviate the "soggy box" problem, I have dealt with a few times in the past.It is sized as stated - 9" x 6" and about 1/8" thick. This version has no holes for hanging, so if you are going that route, you'll have to punch some through it. Screws could be driven right through it.The material is lightweight, but not flimsy (it's actually pretty rigid) should last a long time, taped to the inside of my storm door (window).I did add "Please" before "DO NOT KNOCK or Ring Bell", it's on all the other signs, not sure why it was omitted on this one (seems like there's enough room). The "No Soliciting" part at the bottom is a nice added touch.I will update this, in the future (hopefully, that it's helping) or if the colors fade (or not).If this review was helpful, please click 'Helpful' below (lets me know that I'm not wasting my time, by doing these). Thank you!

Good Sign, I have high hopes
I screwed this right into the middle of my front door. I love that the one I got is the customizable message one. Of course, I didn't write on it. I printed out my message and then used clear packaging tape to protect the paper and hold it down in the event that I ever want to change it or update the message. The sign itself you can get an idea of the size because of the screw head in the picture. I think it's the perfect size, really. Not too big, not too small. The sign has a hard plastic shell and the inside of it is a foam material. It feels sturdy and like it will last for years easily. That's good, because I don't like people bothering me and that isn't changing anytime soon. The no soliciting addition at the bottom is absolutely what sold it for me.It's clear. To the point. It even says "please" (which is nicer than I'll ever be). It gets right to the point. I like it a lot.

Best Sign EVER!
This is the best sign EVER for someone who works from home. So happy my door bell stopped ringing and the dogs stopped barking during conference calls!

It’s not fool proof, but...
So far, I got a repeat solicitor, but I was able to comfortably shut the door in his face after asking if he read the sign and he replied with a “yes, but....” *door shuts**

Stopped the madness!
This sign worked immediately the day I put it up. I am home during the day and I have three dogs. I get multiple shipments almost every day and cannot always get to my door when they are delivered. My dogs go crazy when the doorbell rings and I have to stop working to settle themdown. End of problem... Except the one UPS driver that decided to honk his horn instead. 🙄

Did Not Work For Me
I like the information on the sign. It is all inclusive for my needs, do not ring door bell, barking dog, leave package on porch, no solicitation. The day I posted the sign on my front door, I had two deliveries, one from USPS and the other from UPS; they both rang the door bell. I have a four foot high gate with a door bell approximately nine feet from the front door. I was able to speak with USPS and he said he did not see the sign. We then mounted the sign on a post and moved it three feet from the front of the gate. Today, I received a Prime package and the delivery person rang the door bell. He said he did not pay attention to the sign because he is on timed schedule, i.e. drop and run. I do not recommend this sign unless the delivery person walks up to your front door to leave the package, and hopefully take time to read it.

It works!
I got tired of the delivery companies feeling like they needed to ring the doorbell while dropping off my packages. It’s unnecessary. Either I’m not home, and I wouldn’t hear a doorbell anyway, or I was home resting because I’m chronically ill and my dog would go nuts. He is a special needs dog who has severe anxiety. I don’t need the delivery companies disrupting my household.
