No instructions on how to use. Does not fit D300 body.
Returned because it does not fit. I was able to tilt the setup, but unable to shift.

Adapter Got Stuck to my Camera
I was very excited about trying out the adapter. I’ve been shooting Nikon all my life and love the mirrorless Fujifilm X-T10 I recently got. However, the adapter go stuck onto the camera body as soon as I put it on and would not come off. The lens detected from the adapter just fine. I had to use another person to twist and pry off the adapter off from the inside while I held down the camera. It should have just came off with ease using the lens release button on the camera but did not. The mechanism that allows the adapter to go onto the camera body appears to be cheap if it got stuck the first time.

Pretty good but the locking mechanisms are too weak.
I wish the screw to lock the tilt was more effective! I used it with Nikon 20mm, 55mm micro and 70-200mm connecting to my Fujifilm X-H1.
