This product is just so amazing. I ordered it for my husband as he was beginning to develop excess tummy fat. First I ordered 3xlarg but it was big then I returned it and ordered 1xlarg and it was still big as he wanted something very tight, then I went for medium, it came yesterday very tight that was exactly how he wanted it. To my greatest surprise he wore it over night and never complained of any form of discomfort. It also made him sweat despite not engaging in any form of exercise while wearing it. I hope he will get to lose the fat soon. Generally I'm happy with the quality of this product. I think you should go for a smaller size if you want it quite tight.

I never tried this product but write the review as a heads up.....I ordered a Medium Size thinking it was a normal medium size.... but even as a compression garment there was no way I could put this on - I then read the size chart in the swipe through photos and it was clear the Medium size was at least two possibly three sizes smaller than what I would call a normal medium size....the size chart is accurate use it to order the size you want for the measurements you are. Also this has a more neoprene feel than a cotton feel...I did not wear it so can't tell if it's comfortable but the thickness was a surprise. Gave it 4 stars as their sizing was misleading for European/North American based shoppers who typically would order the size they usually wear without having to check out a size chart

I purchased this to help with a severe spinal problem and have been very impressed. It has helped enormously with my pain. The item arrived promptly and was well packaged.It is extremely well made and is comfortable and secure when on...in fact it feels like a gentle hug. The product helps with my posture and (as a bonus) slims down my waist and stomach a little. I am 6'1" and around 32" waist and ordered a large which fits comfortably.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this either as a body slimming product or, indeed, as a support for a troublesome back.

Very nice quality but the size is definitely too small, I would recommend this product but go for the size larger than you need.

Very happy with my vest as I have multiple back inuries and this compresses me but doesn't restrict me like other supports and relieves pain slightly and enables me to do my physio without as much pain. It enables me to move and twist more than I've been able to in years without pain. It's the comfiest support I've ever owned in years of trying although all supports get slightly uncomfty after you've had it on for ages. They should be listed as back supports aswell as being a "belly trainer"Get a size lower (I'm L sometimes XL and I have Medium), it'll be tight at first but once you've worn it a couple times it will fit great and provide plenty of support by compressing your back muscles against your spine. Also its comftier on top of a vest for long use.Thanks for the support!

My recommended size was xxxl but i went xxxl and still its loose. I will have to try xxl.

I received my vest almost next day so really quickly considering half the country is closed!The vest itself is extremely comfortable while keeping everything tucked away nicely. The double layer design means that only the parts that need a strong restraint are affected so the only real pressure is where it should be, around the belly.The over layer feels like a snug comfortable waistcoat and flattens out my moobs (yeah, I know, bite me) really well.For a product costing so little it’s effective and comfortable allowing the wearer free movement.

I like that this does suck you in. I'm wearing it more for support for my back whilst working out.My only gripe would be that it's pretty long and does tend to roll slightly.This won't suck you in to perfection unless you order a smaller size.You do feel as though your getting the benefit of your core being protected and taught.Il see how I get on with it.
