Excellent for authentic kebabs, especially in the BBQ.
Having had a number of exquisite meals from a Turkish restaurant/kebab house in Barrow-on-Soar, I wanted to try and replicate some of the dishes, including Adana kebab. These flat skewers are ideal for forming the kebab so that they cook evenly and don't allow the meat to spin around as you turn them, which is infuriating. Especially good on the BBQ. I've only used a cleaned a couple of times but, being made of stainless steel, I can't imagine I'm going to have any issues long term.Excellent bit of kit, thank you.

If your BBQ food rolls round on your skewers, you need these. They're flat and stuff stays in place. A bit big for mushrooms or small tomatoes though. Cut food accordingly.....and I took my life in my hands and sharpened the ends so they'd push through food more easily. MIND YOUR HANDS IF YOU DO THIS.

It's great to have stainless steel skewers
Although a tad wider than strictly necessary for kebabs, the skewers are great for all kinds of BBQ food - vegetables or meat.

Did a great job with my chicken tikka. Sturdy. Will probably buy another set.Far better than skinny skewers where the food rolls over when you turn them.Ive put them kind in the bin.Also far better than bamboo skewers.Big chunks of chicken skewered perfectly. Cant wait to try a lamb Adnan style kebab on them.

I use them on grilling plate and work like a charm. The only disadvantage is that when full, become quite heavy and uncomfortable to hold.
