Flipbac FBG2 Camera Grip for Point & Shoot Digital Cameras

Based on the all 4 & 5 star reviews at the time I bought one of these for the Sony RX100 like they show on the Flipbac web site page for this FBG2 model ([...] It does seem an excellent product -- good materials and texture and a thickness (just up to the bottom of the movable lens ring control) that seems just right and a good price if it did the job -- . . .. . . EXCEPT that it doesn't really fit the Sony RX100. There isn't enough room between this grip and the lens ring for an adult finger (at least mine).The Flipbac "New G3" model seems a better choice for the RX100. (IMO, Flipbac should remove any photos from their web site showing the G2 on the RX100.) Don't confuse their "New G3" model with the older G3 still being sold by some retailers. The new model is narrower and the raised grip part is set back farther from the lens. (Not as elegant looking, but I assume better for the RX100.)

That’s little grip fits my new Lumix ZS100 perfect. Easy installation with 3m backing and looks like it’s a part of the camera. Gives the camera much improved handling.

I bought this as an addon to my Sony RX100. The product itself is great, built with a nice quality material and uses an strong, non-messy adhesive. Unfortunately, this particular model is a little 'large' for the RX100 as installing this gives very little room for your middle, or ring finger as the grip itself comes fairly close to the lens. This of course is just a mismatch betwen this grip's size and the RX100's design and is not this products fault. Still 5 stars for the quality material, and good choice of adhesive which helps make this look like an actual part of a black camera.

Very easy to install. Wonderful for a camera that should’ve had a much better grip. This does the job.

This makes the grip on my Canon S95 much more secure. Although $10 is a bit much for a small piece of rubber, it is cheaper than another popular add-on grip out there and it has the same functionality. Note however that it isn't as tall as the other one, and thus provides less surface to grip onto. OTOH, the other one is made of aluminum...not as grippy as rubber.If you're cheap like me, get this. If you'll only settle for the best, get the other one.

The attachment provides just the right amount of grip to more securely handle a canon S120.

I never understood why there wasn't a grip there in the first place but this product really did the trick. Nice peel off adhesive keeps it in place and provides that needed grip. I was a little surprised to see how small it is. I measured it at approximately 1.5 inches high by about .5 inches wide but that is all you need to get your grip. I am using an Olympus E-PM1 camera. I also bought the wrist grip and both really make it super easy to handle.

Heard about this product in Canon Forums. It's probably the best ten dollars I've ever spent for a camera accessory. Rubber coated and attaches to the front of a small flat camera to make holding easier. I'm a professional photographer and on vacations I always found holding my small Canon S95 pocket camera difficult before attaching this. 3M adhesive mounting uses a strong and aggressive adhesive. Solid feel.

A niche product. You either need one or you don't, but if you do it does the job. To give an idea of size it fits my Canon S110 perfectly.Perhaps a little expensive but it looks very neat. It took about a month to arrive from JapanNot anything like as well made as the grips made by Richard Franiec out of aluminium (this is plastic with a rough texture) but I suppose that makes it lighter.

The M100 is a great little camera but it doesn't have a grip. The FBG2 makes it perfect.

Canon　PowerShot　S95　はボディに突起物が無くホールドがやりにくいので、このカメラグリップを購入してみました。貼り付けにあたって、カメラボディの脱脂を十分に行なって貼り付けたところ、４日間ネックストラップでカメラを首から下げていたが、剥がれることはなかったです。カメラの指かかりが良くなったので、使い勝手がとても良くなりました。

カメラにグリップはあったほうが良い。銀塩フィルムの一眼レフの時代では、自分でつかみ易いグリップを木を削って拵えていた。だから、コンパクトデジタルカメラでも、グリップはあったほうが良いと私は思う。その原因はズバリ！コンパクトデジカメが軽い事にあると思う。重量のあるデジタル一眼レフに比べれば、コンパクトデジタルカメラは手軽に撮影ができるが、最も多い失敗が今も昔も「カメラブレ」であろう。だから、カメラが軽いからこそ、手ブレ（カメラブレ）しにくいようにグリップをつけるべきだと思います。商品は厚みのない小山型ですが、きちんとグリップの役目は果たしつつも、違和感なく適合する上品なデザインのグリップだと思います。この商品をおすすめします。

XZ-1用にG2を買いました。シルバーボディーには、似合わないのは承知の上で買いましたが、想像以上のかっこ悪さ、、（涙）しかし、しっとりした素材と表面の凹凸、形状のおかげでだいぶ持ちやすくなりました。G2よりG3を買えば良かったとちょっと後悔してます。形状を良くご確認された上で購入される事をお勧めします。

DSC-RX100使用してみて、中指の置き場に困るようなつるつる滑るグリップ感に不満を感じたので購入してみました。このままつけたらレンズとの間が狭くて指が入りませんでした。それでグラインダーで外側を削ってみたのですがなかなか削れませんでした。ナイフで削ってみるとなんと！　簡単に切れるではありませんか。慎重に外側にカネの物差しを置いてナイフで削り、カメラのカーブに合わせて削ってサウンドペーパーで丸みをつけました。違和感なく仕上がりました。純正品ではないので加工をして自分なりに工夫をするのも面白いものです。これでDSC-RX100が私好みになりました。

ZX-1=白ボディを買ったが…良いカメラと実感はしたが、滑りやすいボディと、「F1.8」「HD」の銀色マークが気に入らない。☆そこで、本品で滑り止めと「F1.8銀色マーク」隠し。 …☆何度も付け直し効く様だが、弱く両面テープの仮留めをし、納得の位置へ本貼り。…☆見た目は良くなるし、元から付てた様な出来映え。☆試しに夕暮れの街撮りを低速シャッター&手持ちにて撮影。 ブレる事なく、安定感を持って撮影出来た。……………………追記…マクロや料理撮影でも力を発揮。 特に、料理店の逸品を画に戴く時、約斜め45度のホールドが安定し、手早く良い画に貰える。

ピッタリです。最初からこれを付けて出して欲しかった。このグリップ機能はつるつるコンデジには必須です。これを付けてとても使いやすくなりました。右手片手で胸ポケットから取り出して撮る、というコンデジ使い方スタイルだと、これは本当にいいです。最初から付いていれば本商品は不要になりますが（最近出る(2016.4)同社後継新製品には採用されたようですね）

オリンパスＰＬＥ３を買い　今まで使っていた一眼レフ機の代替機と考えていろいろとチューンナップをしてきたのです。カメラは性能的にはほとんど申し分ないのですが　親指で裏側のボタン操作をするときに小さいのと　薄くて　引っかかるものがないので　中指、薬指、小指のホールドができないのです。三脚を使っているときは問題ないのですが　手持ちで撮るときに露出ＵＰ、ＤＯＷＮ等の操作がやりにくいのです。このカメラの欠点といえば欠点ですね(デザイン重視の結果でしょうか)。それで　これを付けてみたのです。結論から言いますと　少しだけ使いやすくはなりました。もうちょっと肉厚(1.5センチくらい)のグリップが欲しいのです。そういう意味で　私の使い方からすると星3つになりました。

重いレンズを装着したときの安定感がかなり違くなりました。装着はボディの平らな部分ギリギリに着けました。スマートなレンズなら問題ありませんが、鏡筒が太いレンズだと掴みにくい感じはありますので、細いタイプのグリップを選択された方が良いとおもいます。粘着力は問題無さそうです。

LUMIX XS3 に付けて使用しています。XS3 はカードサイズですばらしいカメラだと思うのですが指掛かりがないのはゴツめの手には厳しいです。そこで本品を付けてみたところ、とても使いやすくなりました。XS3 の専用ケースにもきれいに収まり、かえってケース内でのガタツキもなくなり上々の使用感です。XS3 の機動性をますます向上させる良いアクセサリだと思います。

安くなった E-PL3 を買いましたが、E-PL5 にはあるグリップが E-PL3には無いので、本品を買って貼り付けました。結果は、オリジナルで付いていたかの如くジャストフィットで、指の位置も完璧と感じます。外観も、カメラはシルバーですが、釣り合っていて良いと思います。

デジカメがツルンとしたデザインでグリップが悪かったので買ってみましたグリップが良くなって買って良かったと思ってます

形状と厚みの点でホールドがお世辞にもいいとは言えない、SIGMAのDP3 merrillのために購入。数種類の形状があるグリップですが、これは上部が外側にむけて流れているので、中指がちょうどいい具合にかかり、撮影時のホールドが劇的に向上しました。もう一つ、dp1 merrillには同じシリーズのG1を使っていますが、dpにはG2のほうがいいと思います。
