Great cards. Bought them long ago and using them now with my 3 year old daughter.

Happy with this pack. However it is for very young children so works well with younger ages.

I was most happy for the 50% discount, it didn't matter to me that there was 1 card less or that one card was in Finnish - it was pretty straightforward to guess what emotion the card was talking about. I haven't tried them out yet, but I can see how well these exercises could work in a group setting. Possibly the only limitation is that the activities are very similar one to another, and the kids might get bored after a short while...

Bought these for my 8 year old son. He loves them and so do I. It’s good way to help them refocus in times of stress or for reasons they can’t explain!

Very good cards. My 3 kids ages 3 , 5 and 8 play with them and they have fun and enjoy it. Usually tell them to play with them when they are bored and annoying each other and it kind of works and the cards calm them down and they enjoy it.

Great overall - however a couple of non English cards in there????! (Otherwise would have got 5 stars). Haven’t got time to return as required for work so will have to make do

I took a chance on these to provide a fun exercise in confidence, self awareness and relaxation for our 5 year old boy. The graphics, while seemingly steered towards girls, were fun and exciting for him and helped draw him in and engage him right off the bat. There are some good ideas for children to find their center and calm while also building confidence and self esteem. I've started using these atleast once a day, at his request, and front loading them on those sluggish or blue days. I'm not sure how effective they will be in the long run but they provide a positive and self affirming way to start our days.

Practical and healthy confidence building ways to communicate with your little ones

I am using these cards as a fun way to discuss emotions and positive thoughts with my kids. We played right after receiving them! The kids loved them. They have repeating themes, but each card in unique. Our favorites were the cards that encouraged movement while saying a positive affirmation such as “I’m brave!” A budget friendly choice with a lot of application!

Would have been nice if there had been a variety of relaxation techniques instead of stating close your eyes and breathe while... several different ways.

I'm an adult and I love these cards. They aren't as weighty and serious as some of the cards for adults. I don't have a lot of attention span right now, and the playfulness of these cards appeals to me.
