Hall's Pecan Brittle Snack Bags, 3.5 oz (5 count)

I have bought this brand a few times. Last time, I bought two boxes so I'd be stocked up ... but I am really disappointed with the quality of this past purchase. One of the boxes had a completely melted together glob of the entire box of peanut brittle.AND, on top of that as I tried to still bust off some chunks to eat some of it -- it was very stale and "non-brittle" to say the least! So, I doubt I'll ever trust this company again. I did like the product taste initially -- so I'm suggesting a more stringent quality check system BEFORE they send it out to us. It's not the cheapest snack around so please make sure it lives up to higher standards!PS- I've still got a big glob of melted peanut brittle sitting in the box as I write this. Bottom-line ... Not such a happy customer ~

First, flavor: pretty good, not great, not as good as what I make, but it didn't take three pans, three bowls, and leave a sticky mess all over the kitchen. Excellent trade-off, to me. Second, gift-able: only to someone you don't like and to whom you want to make a statement; because, third: the contents are less than half what the box will hold, they folded the exceedingly large plastic bag to wad up under the brittle, and also had the nerve to stuff the rest of the box with bubble wrap! I don't know if the package weight shown was accurate, too much was eaten before I thought to weigh it, but it certainly felt light to me. Overall, I'll go back to making my own almond brittle, and get what I paid for.

I was looking forward to this.. But was disappointed when I seen that the plastic wrapping had a hole and wasn't air tight.. Also, the pieces were smashed into smaller pieces. STALE.

It is poorly packaged. The plastic bag that it is in, inside of the partial box is too thin. It allows for outside scents to affect the flavor & also allows for the brittle to poke holes in the bag. This creates a stale & possibly contaminated product. Very little flavor. Tasted like sugar. No butter, caramel or vanilla flavors. No returns are accepted, but Amazon refunded my money but the seller still got paid for a bad product.

So apparently I’m not meant to have this.Bought twice last summer. Ate a few yummy pieces. Mostly found whole almonds.Twice I put it away in a place where the dog could get it. I asked my fiancé to buy some for Christmas because I was so angry to have failed to secure it. Twice. Wasn’t going to shell out for another myself.Of course I forgot all about it but he remembered. I suppose it tastes the same but it’s almost impossible to find a whole almond. It’s all pieces now. The thing I like about brittle is having the whole nut with candy that is thin in some places. Now it’s like crunchy hard candy with a few bits of almonds. Even the dog isn’t trying to get at it.Something’s different.

I've purchased several boxes of this brittle in the past. All very good, until the last one. Disappointed in the taste and the amount of brittle for the price. The last 2 factors I can ignore when the brittle is yummy, but, they become deciding factors when the brittle doesn't taste as good as before. On the hunt again for yummy peanut brittle.

My 97-year-old mother has been looking all over for peanut brittle, and complaining that she couldn’t find any, so I was very happy to find this. She liked it so much I ordered it a second time for her for Christmas.

Not a happy customer. . .this was broken into many many small pieces. Entire bag only had one(1) medium to large piece everything else was small about the size of a dime or smaller. Rest of the bag was CRUSHED! Looked like someone had seriously pounded the bag to break up brittle to dust. First time buyer but won't waste my money again. Oh and since this is not returnable but you want this bag back I will be sure to send it back to you.
