Arc Floor Lamp, 79" Height Gold Brass Floor Lamp Curved, and Metal Dome Shade with Glossy White Interior Perfect for Living Room Reading Bedroom Home Office

The lamp is tall enough with a nice arc to have over the corner of my sectional and light it up, without feeling like a spotlight. The base is really heavy, so I don’t worry about it tipping. After reading several reviews I followed the assembly instructions carefully - especially with the weights in the base. Nice quality and provides great light to what was a dark corner and I love the gold finish.

I was actually planning on purchasing a similar lamp from West Elm (at nearly double the price) - but when I learned on top of the exorbitant price, West Elm wanted to charge over $100 ADDITIONAL dollars for shipping - I noped out of that purchase so fast and immediately went to Amazon! Well that decision paid off because I’m truly in love with this lamp purchased on Amazon. Assembly took maybe 10 minutes (with the help of a friend) and the lamp itself is quite sturdy and very visually striking.

This lamp is great! I was a little suspicious that it wouldn’t be good quality because of the price. Most of the other arc lamps I found were $200+. For $95 - this is a steal. It looks great. Assembly was easy. I did it on my own in about 10 minutes. The connectors needed are attached to the lamp where they end up going, so you don’t have to guess which nut or screw goes where. The base is very heavy and the lamp is very sturdy. I love it!

It was easy to put together except the very last portion for which I needed a second set of hands. The base is solid and heavy. The gold color is muted. The shade does move around if you wish, which I appreciate. The light requires a standard medium base which is convenient.I’m a bit disappointed because the main pole is slightly scratched, even though it was well packaged. I assembled the entire lamp with the plastic protective liners on it in order to ensure it didn’t get scratched, but when I removed the liners it appears the pole was scratched.

We've been looking for a lamp to provide light to a gaming and jigsaw-puzzling table about 45 inches in diameter. This lamp does the job wonderfully. We are using a 200+ watt equivalent LED bulb to provide plenty of illumination with minimal actual wattage. We find the lamp to be very attractive and functional. Ours is sitting on a tile-over-concrete floor that is of course very solid. I would imagine that if you have a wood floor over joists that you might get some jiggling because of the design. Only you can say if that would bother you. Of note: we received a defective unit at first and had to send it back. The lamp is assembled in sections, and one section had stripped threads that wouldn't work. Amazon replaced it with no hassles.

This light was easy to assemble, fits perfectly (especially height wise) over sectional couch. Perfect amount of light and well worth the cost.

The media could not be loaded. I LOVE THIS LAMP! So I found an over arching lamp at west elm that I wanted... and it was way out of my price range for $350+. So I decided to DIY it. I purchased this base here and purchased a champagne glass geo (replacement) lamp shade. Tada! Amazing and perfect. The base is super solid and is concrete underneath the brass so it can hold some seriously heavy shades. I’m loving it! You can’t beat this for the price, the style and the vibe. The original shade was lovely too, however, I was going for the full champagne glass feel so I replaced it.

This shade of antique gold is perfect. It’s matte and slightly dark. The assembly instructions are atrocious. Images are tiny, parts are not labeled, font is tiny. Lamp came with multiple scratches and a bit of rust. Amazon asked if I thought it was a return and was able to rectify. In all, this lamp could’ve been a little bit lower in price for what it is. Assembly is challenging for one person, especially installing the base. I am concerned with how easily it could be knocked over though.
