Low Budget Beginners Guitar
The overall appearance of this guitar is good but there are a few blemishes here and there i.e. a miss-sprayed streak on the fretboard, knots showing through the paintwork on the sides and finish quality here and there. The body seems to be made completely of basswood which shows in the amount of sustain coming from the guitar when played. It comes with a bottom zipped bag (I don't like that much), a cheap strap, three different thickness picks and a spare set of strings.I bought this to practise finger picking so I'm not to worried about a top notch sound but I did notice a kind of 'chorous' effect on some chords ( I checked the tuning and it was still in tune). Might be the strings need changing. Also the 'action', string height at the 12th fret, is at the maximum and feels uncomfortable to me, but that's a persaonal choice. Obviously as its a 3/4 size guitar you're not going to get the same sound as a jumbo but it is definately easier to hold and play because it's smaller, so would be a good starting guitar for a beginner student or a parent on a budget buying for their child to try out.It would be relatively easy to add a cheap preamp/equaliser to this guitar for about £20 or less and it could make a good electro acoustic. I'll probably do that. So in all, for £50 I'd say this is amazingly cheap for a guitar that plays.

For the price amazing, but beware!
Bought this for my daughter to start learning on and I'm happy with the purchase.First the good points, It sounds OK and has enough sustain to not sound dead. However, as a more experienced guitarist there's a few things needed to help it play its best. The action needed lowing a whole 1/100th of an inch at the bridge and at the nut. There was no reflex in the neck which needed adding with the truss rod (1/4 turn counter clockwise). The frets needed polishing so they could be smooth for playing and the overall height was very low.I think it's a great guitar but if my daughter get into playing I'll be upgrading it for her in a year or so's time.

Quality guitar at a value price
What a fantastic guitar, great value for money, quality finish and great sound. It was a surprise for the money, as I didn't think it would be half as good as it was. Comes with bag, strap plectrums, very happy customer thank you.

Great beginner/ 2nd option guitar
I love this guitar. Very basic but totally does the job. I keep mine at work for after hours/downtime practice sessions.

Excellent beginner's guitar
I bought this for my niece's 8th birthday. Her step-dad, who plays the guitar, was very impressed with the quality, so much so that my sister thought I'd been very very generous with my birthday present!
