despite product NAME and description claiming under-one-week delivery, vendor gave me a runaround for weeks about delivering it, including an invalid tracking number, telling me it would ship from China due to COVID, different carrier (UPS vs FedEx) than the actual delivery - that only happened after I threatened to report transaction as fraud.Item arrived in a poorly-made wooden crate made of 1/4 inch plywood, held together with clear plastic packing tape!! Unit inside was cosmetically damaged (scratched, nicked, bent cheap metal housing) but worked. About 6 times, then (6 months after receiving) won't turn on amymore.Contacted vendor months ago who wanted photos of my problem (won't power on, what photo shows that??) and said they would reach out to "warehouse" and get back to me. I've sent multiple messages since then, no response apart from asking me to "be more patience" due to Chinese new year (now long past) and their warehouse would send me video. (of WHAT has never been clear)They can't even tell me if there is a breaker or fuse inside, nor if there is even a warranty. (seems not)Purchased from 'Suprewin', and I cannot recommend them or this item AT ALL. One star is ok in my mind, since it did work a few times (mushroom cultivation) but definitely NOT worth the price, the headaches, the runaround/lies, for a 100lb door stopper.j

this shipped in a very damaged used crate. the hood looked like it was used and it came with no manual. we havent been able to find the manual online.

This product was damaged during shipping, the glass door was broken , didnt have time to return or refund and was behind on some lab work , it did a fair and modest job as a laminary flow hood but no where near the 99.97 % clean that it is supposed to do.

This product is designed for use in the very short term. If something simple needs to be replaced, you will get the run around from a third party seller. Ultimately the whole item will have to be replaced. Very poorly designed and poor customer service.

Horrid

There are no replacement HEPA filters. Though Vevor claims to make these machines they don’t sell the filters. The filter is a unique size as well so you’re screwed when it’s time to replace it. You have to replace the entire machine. Horrible investment.
