I have done my research on all of the supplements I take and found that it is important to get a good quality supplement which is not always the least expensive. And, for my Omega 3 fish oil supplement, I have found that in Amvita and buying it doesn't break the bank! It turns out that if you go for the cheapest omega 3 supplements on the market, and you are burping fish, that is because the fish oil inside is rancid... Gross huh?! I love that Amvita not only has quality fish oil, but also DHA, so it covers not only your heart but also your brain! (fish oil can also aid in a myriad of other health issues as well). I would recommend these hands down!

I have purchased this several times. I find the price to be excellent and the product to be of high quality. It is also nice not having to re-order as frequently. There is absolutely no after taste with these like some of its competitors. I will continue to be a customer.

I didn't have any fish burps. I have to take 3 a day for my kidney disease. So this is important. The only thing I didn't like is the zip lock bag. I'll think I have it closed and come back later and it's open. But I do like the bulk size!

These are so reasonably priced, easy to swallow and have no smell. I will be purchasing again!

I don't know what it is, but when I buy supplements for my family, most of the time they won't take them or just get lazy. I got these fish oil capsules for myself knowing that no one would want them, and now everyone wants some!WHAT ARE THESE LIKE?These are rather large gel caps like most fish oil supplements are. They can be a bit daunting to swallow if you have a small throat or are battling a throat infection etc. They can be snipped open and squeezed out if you have trouble and still want to take them. They come in a bag and have 300 capsules in the bag. There is not a big odor in the bag.ARE THESE HARD TO SWALLOW?These are on the large side. I have a tip for anyone out there who really wants to take them and can not swallow large pills. I get empty gel caps and poke a very tiny hole in this capsule. I gently squeeze the oil into two caps or three if they are small and then put the lids on and swallow them.Yes it is extra work, but it is so much easier to take them that way. I use capsules for herbal powders often so have them around the house.IS THERE BURP BACK?The first time I took these, I had one burp back. It was at night after dinner and decaf coffee, so perhaps it was just too much mixing. I took them in the morning and did not have a problem so far after several days. Our kids took them (yes they WANT to take them) and told me today that they have had no burping and love that feature. My husband also has had no problems.ANY DIFFERENCE?I am seeing more of a balance to my moods, my skin is doing better, and I feel a bit more with it which are all signs that the fish oil is working for me. I ran out and stopped taking it for a while and I can feel the difference after taking this for a short while already.THE BOTTOM LINEFor a reasonably priced, good quality fish oil capsule that is large, but easy to make smaller if you really want to, this bag for some weird reason really appeals to my whole family- even those who rarely take any supplements no matter WHAT I do.MY RATINGFIVE STARS.
