I'm a beginner, just started working out, but I'm dedicated to the cause. I made the mistake in buying a16" high density foam roller. Hell, I cant even hold myself up long enough for max impact. However, I am now a woman with a set of balls that bring much comfort, and I'm not talking about a man. Everything i couldn't do with my big foam roller i can do with those balls. I'm so happy you packaged the three together bcuz if you didn't I would of never got the balls and love my balls. The lady who said the stuff is cheap is obviously hard to plz, c 4 yourself , I'm Happy !!

My chiropractor recommended this type of massage stick for me and my son who is a baseball player. The price was great and it arrived in time for his next game. It’s as good or better quality than the one in my chiropractor’s office and the smaller size makes it convenient to use while I’m watching tv or throw in the door pocket of my car for travel and If I ever need it for self defense while traveling, I’ll let you know because it’s the perfect size and weight to thump someone between the eyes or on the nuckles from my car. Bought this set as a gift for my "adopted" solider who just graduated Army basic. I wanted to get him a useful gift, I figured this would help him with his fitness, stretching, core strength and muscle relief. He loves it, he thanked me profusely for the set. He said when he used the massage roller and balls it was like he felt his soul re-calibrating with his body. He’s letting everybody in his barracks use it, the guys are lining up! I was looking for a massage roller stick, and while looking through, I saw this product. This product had an amazing price point of $20 for the roller stick, massage ball, peanut ball, carry bag, and resistance band when most of the prices of roller stick alone was upwards of $30. Not only that, the quality seems to be great, and when I first opened my package, saw that it came with a foam roller too! Highly recommended, and this small company makes sure customers are satisfied with a personable email after purchase.

Very happy with this kit. The roller is good quality, its big enough to what i need it to do yet small enough to easily take with me to the gym. I've just learned the value of the little lacrosse size ball, does amazing things when you roll the bottom of your feet with it. Haven't tried the resistance bands yet but i'm sure they're fine. I like having the color coded resistance levels. Overall highly recommend this kit. Nice carrying bag included.

This was an incredible purchase.Not only did this arrive Next Day, but the packaging and the quality for the price I paid exceeded my expectations.I received an extra foam roller with my purchase which I wasn't expecting and everything was packaged in a drawstring bag to keep and store everything together.The roller is great quality. We play soccer and being tournament season for my daughters club team, she ends up with sore muscles after tournaments.This was a great purchase for us.

I am pleased with this purchase! The roller stick was nicer and larger than I expected, the resistance bands and massage ball set were nice additions for the same price as other products that only come with the stick massage roller. Bonus : not pictured, but my order included a very nice foam roller, the kind with pressure points!

I purchased this because I have a number of chronic pain issues and a job that has me standing for 6 hr shifts at a time. Other reviewers have remarked theirs also came with a large foam roller by surprise but mine did not. It did however, come with all the things actually listed in the post, and they all function exactly as they should. It's been a great help relieving aches and pains.
