When I tried out this hand warmer, it was great and was able to put out comfortable amount of heat just on low setting. I work outdoor where the winter gets down to the 20's F and this product had been helping me stay warm through the cold mornings. However, the battery on a full charge only lasted 4.5 hours. I contacted the seller, and he/she was very accommodating in guiding me through steps of troubleshooting. In the end, we still weren't able to resolve the issue and the seller ended up sending me a replacement product promptly. Overall I am satisfied with both the product and customer service.

Well it does what its supposed to do I used it to charge my phone once and its pretty cold around this time so the hand warmer is a great addition

This Hand warmer, power bank and flashlight does what it says it would do.... however is a combination of a good material and cheap material. The top plastic on the flashlight its soft and easy to break. the rest of the body feels solid, but the switch on the front feels cheap. It does get really hot, so i just use it in the low setting. The power bank works and charges your phone but I think it charges it slowly and my Iphone didn't recognize it as a charger at the beginning until i unlocked the phone. the Flashlight its not the best or brightest; It is a little weak for my taste but it is useful.Now about the confidence part.... I don't really feel confident carrying it around because as we all know this thing is rechargeable with internal batteries and knowing the reputation of things made in China...and it gets really hot... it feels like it is going to blow up in my pocket and sometimes I carry it on my shirt pocket when its really cold and I can not get that crazy thought out of my mind.... other than that, It works. when i got it on mail, it didnt turn on at all on the first time, then i plugged in to charge it and I noticed it did had charge.. 2 Blue light. I unplugged it and tried again and started working normally. I haven't had any problems since then. the box seems like someone opened it because it was bent inwards where you open it. probably it was a return or something? I just ran the heater for 3 hours and charged my phone from 37% to 100% and only used one blue light or a quarter of its charge for that. verdict.. 4 1/2 stars

After about 4 uses in the hand warmer mode, and just a couple uses to charge my phone, it stopped working properly. While on the low setting it became too hot to hold, and even after i switched it to the off setting, it continued to heat up. It got to the point that i couldn't touch it at all without burning my hand. It only stopped when it eventually died.

I love to hunt and the temps can get very cold. This product is awesome. I have used the product 8 times so far and they seem to be performing as advertised. Battery has great life. I ordered a few more for my hunting buddies. I'm very happy with the product.

They worked but upgraded to solar for about the same $

I purchased this hand warmer as a gift for my brother. He works ski patrol and spends most of his days in the winter on the slopes in big gloves. This hand warmer provides hours of warmth right in his pocket to keep his hands warm. The warmer is not too heavy, and weighs about as much as similarly sized power blocks. We love that it has a little flashlight and can also be used as a battery.

It is very cold this winter. There are several days with temperature around 32 F in Houston (It is not normal) This small device keeps you warm when you walk outdoor. I put it in my chest pocket so I can feel the heat. The 'Low" setting already provides enough heat. The battery can last at least 5+ hours. It took me sometime to figure out how to turn on/off the light (maybe I should read the instruction).
