I wear these pants to ride my motocycle during Fall. I haven't had a chance to test them in the full on rain, but they do seem somewhat water proof. They are warm and stretchy and comfortable. They seem to be sawn very well. Hopefully, they will wash well also.

Excellent warmth and waterproof. We bought these for a trip to Iceland where it rained everyday, and had a windchill due to high winds. These pants became our daily dress code. We wore these everyday for a week.excellent quality and perfect for cold, windy areas.

Have not really had a chance to test them in the rain or snow yet. But now that is getting near the end of November I am sure I will. I will update at a later date.

I wear a M and ordered a L and they couldn't even pull up they are too small and not the stretch as outlined in the reviews

The fit is close. I wear 34 x 34 jeans, and I bought the 2x (35 x 36 waist). Depending on what you weigh, it might be a good idea to go up one size like I did. In the future, I'll fill you in on how they hold up on the AT in 2018 starting in Feb.

Great product, not quite waterproof but keeps warmth well and worn with base layer thermals did its job amazingly. Had a full day of snowboarding in these.

Fit well, very warm, not bulky..

I was looking for a combat pant for a while until I recently purchased this one. This pant looks great for out door activities or just casual wear. My waist size is 34 and the large size just fits me perfectly. The leg area feels roomy so it wont be any problem to go hiking with it. It feels so soft and so light that I could not really notice the weight while wearing it. The pockets on the side are big enough to hold basically everything! Overall, it is a great purchase!
