Unless I'm using this mustard in the wrong way it's the worst for making Chinese mustard. It has a strange chemical taste you can't mask.

For the sake of the nutrients I add this to stir fries and casseroles, bit I like not really being able to distinguish the taste or aroma of it the way I cook with it, which I like, so I can enjoy my the flavors of my stir fries. I also add turmeric, while cooking and then sprinkle some after cooking, which also does not compete with other flavors, but for added nutrient benefits. Some others might be able to distinguish the flavor and aroma but the amount I use and flavors of other ingredients considered etcetera, I can not. I will probably purchase this item again.
