The installation instructions left much to be desired and assumed some basic electrical knowledge. Some examples:1) there was nothing about how to shorten the chain2) there was no information about connecting the brass wire to the ground screw on the mounting bracket nor connecting the green wire to the ground wire in the box.On the plus side, parts such as screws to attach the hanging bracket to the junction box in the ceiling were provided in the kit when the instructions said they weren't. Ditto wire nuts.

This item was very difficult to assemble and is extremely low quality. When it was completed pieces were moving and felt loose. The copper wire is visible through the chains when connecting to the ceiling. A piece actually broke off while delicately putting it together. If I could sent back, I would but unfortunately I waited until after 30 days to install. Do not waste your money as I have.

Remodeling house changed out entry light with this one. Looks nice and installed easily. Only problem was a factory mislable wire labbled L=Line and N=Neutral. Kept tripping the circuit breaker until I reversed the wires. Wires not black and white both same color.

Bought 4 for lighting over our bar. I assembled and installed them easily. They are larger than ordinary pendants and look great.

Takes patience to put together. One hole to insert screw was not there had to drill in a hole. Then at top one screw is so short it will not hold together. Not impressed with this at all. I will see about returning it.

I love it, had been shopping around for a nice entry way light fixture, something not too fancy (crystals) and not to rustic with the wrought iron that is so popular now. This fit the bill, I love it...it is well made, perfect size and is fancy and rustic at the same time. The directions are hard to follow - I mean its like Ikea directions, luckily my husband is very handy and we were able to get it completed and installed within an hour. Highly recommend - you will be pleasantly surprised.

It would be a beautiful fixture however, i didn’t receive the chain, main bolt to hold it together, or wire. So basically the package was missing 80% of the fixture.

Very happy with this fixture, easy to assemble, sturdy looks nice and gives off a ton of light. Would definitely recommend.

I bought this to replace an outdated dining room table chandelier. The spot underneath the light is blocked by the base so it creates a dark spot right where you would want the light to be brighter on the table. We will probably have to find another option as it is too dark. It also came with very little instructions as to how to put it together but I eventually figured it out. I think the fixture is beautiful but maybe more suited to a hallway or smaller room where the light might be reflected better from surrounding walls. Or perhaps two lights might work better.

The overall light fixture has a nice shape and would have looked good in my dining room. When I received the fixture, the gold accents makes it look really cheap. Not sure if this is supposed to be part of the rustic vibe, but it's not well painted; see pictures. The product is also listed in the title as "Bronze chandelier" which should be labelled as dark brown or as oil rubbed bronze. Not worth $89.97, do not recommend.

As you can see from my pic, we are renovating our bathroom. Our tub 'n toilet 'n countertop are the old look of the 80's -- almond! We cannot justify getting rid of them just because they are not the new fashionable white, so we are building our bathroom around the almond. We LOVE the black chandelier - it blends in well with our decor. I love the shadows it casts! I heartily recommend this! Do remember to measure - make sure it's not too big for your area. Amazon is terrific!

This chandelier looks lovely hanging in my bedroom. The only problem is that two of the tubes that sit below the light bulbs are missing. I looked through everything and they were not included. When I tried to email the manufacturer, the email was undeliverable.

Happy with purchase. Decent quality. Easy to put together and install. This is for our mudroom so wanted something a bit more rustic that would go with the dark wall hooks and shelves for the coats and shoes. LED chandelier bulbs are perfect.
