My kids love playing croquet. The mallets are a bit big, but my 10 yr old makes it work. So does our 7 yr old but Dad's going to modify like a cue stick. Seems wel made. Pieces are solid.

My wife mentioned she love to play this when she was young. We are in our late 60's so on a whim i bought a cheap set and that what it was. I bought this set and they are long and beautiful . she was so Happy with this set. Remember if you buy cheap you will be buying again !!!

This croquet set is beautiful and seems to be of high quality. It is unique and has old world charm with lots of character. Made in India. The wooden balls are so much nicer than the modern hard plastic balls. The mallets are the tallest I've ever seen, and I don't need to bend down much to strike the ball. That's worth the price right there! Nice carry bag too.

The entire package seems to be a very good quality! I was disappointed that a small booklet with some basic rules & regulations were not included , oh well.

Thus set is amazing,way better that the others I have used.

I ordered a new set but received a used and broken one .It says vintage, but the paint job was shotty not classic. You can see where the paint drip down the mallets. The mallets were chipped, and the balls were dirty.The mallets really are extra large. Definitely adult size. The balls are solid wood. This set was exactly what I wanted. My family of 8 loves to play croquet.Unfortunately the set I received was not the one I paid for. A $200.00 set should arrive clean and not broken.😞

First order arrived with no balls. Second order arrived with a broken mallet and broken bag zipper and other mallets had significant cracks so who knows how long it'd last. Really had hoped to eventually buy two sets and have 8 total but unfortunately returned two sets. Nice idea but... gyst.

i wanted a rugged croquet set and this is it. it's solid, a bit heavy, nice long handle, tough as nails wickets and nice wooden balls. i do wish the colors were a bit brighter on the balls, but that's easy to fix. i like the 6 wicket game so this is perfect. i use a golf bag to carry the mallets and balls.
