When we can we buy our beans at the farmers markets. This is not always possible. We think Be Still Farms are a quality product with great taste and quality. We have been enjoying the other beans we purchased from them also. A great alternative when beans are not available from the farmers markets.

Good, FRESH, dry. Black Turtle Beans. I know they are 'fresh' because after I soak these beans 6-8 hours they cook up great and taste good. No mold, no chaff, no stones... just Great ORGANIC BEANS.One reason for eating Organic Beans is that the farming practices used when growing them creates the optimum situation for uptake of nutrients... so ORGANIC beans may have a tad bit more of the mineral goodies you need to stay healthy.Yumm. I buy a lot of "Be Still Farms" products because they are all high quality and taste great. They are also cost competitive with our lower cost local organic food markets.

I bought this product after trying one of their other beans. When I open the package there were a couple of beans that I have no idea if they are black beans or not. They were a pale gray, just don't know enough about them. They have cooked up nicely and taste good. May continue to Re order from them out of a convenience and confidence that they are organic and no GMO.

I made delicious brownies, chili, refried beans, and baked beans. I soak these babies overnight, drain and rinse, and they are ready to cook!

Love these beans! I make a lot of beans, and a lot of rice, and these beans are perfect! They cook up easily in my instant pot and make the most creamy amd flavorful pot of beans ever!
