Acme Harith Leather Swivel Office Chair in Antique Ebony

I am not sure why so many negative reviews. The chair is BEAUTIFUL, if a bit darker than I thought it would be. If you think you are getting something tan, which the picture seemed to show, you are not, as it is definitely a brown. But gorgeous. And it smells so good! Adjusted to tilt mechanism to what I wanted with no problems, no noise, etc. Love it. It was a present for my husband, but now I may have to splurge and get myself one!

Unfortunately, when I purchased my chair in October 2018, there weren't any negative reviews. But, as stated in multiple reviews since my purchase, the chair is junk. I experienced the same issues...popping noise when sitting in it, leaning forward and now, it basically just rotates which ever way you lean. If you put your arm on the right arm rest, chair tilts heavily to the right....left is the same thing. Have to keep my feet against something to keep from sliding forward off of the chair. So, expensive chair is a hazard.I contacted seller, thru Amazon, for a replacement and was told...sorry too late. Call manufacturer.JUNK. DO NOT BUY!

While the leather is good and style is good, these chairs will not hold up to everyday use. Out of the four chairs I purchased October of 2019, one chair has lost the charge in the lift cylinder and another has become loose where the seat meets the post and wobbles. At $350.00 each you would expect a better product. Acme tells me they can't even sell me replacement parts because I purchased the chairs over one year ago.

I purchased 3 chairs for my office. None matched, 3 different heights and leather textures was not the symmetrical look desired. Two were close enough to utilize, the third had to be taken home as the vendor would not respond to my return request except for clarification on why I wanted to return the item.I was willing to pay a bit more for quality and the peace of mind know I could return the items if not satisfied. Only after my purchase did I realize shipping and a restocking fee are my responsibility and could not be returned if already assembled. Use caution.I added a photo of the chair we could not use in the office as an example of the variations of texture.

Not super impressed. Kind of leans forward. Looks nice enough but probably wouldn't buy another.

Handsome addition to our custom built office. Seat and back are very comfortable. My husband didn't like the hard wood armrest so I had to add a padded cover to his chair. Make sure you really like them before purchasing, we were going to return due to the arm rest issue and the seller wanted to charge us $235 to return; a restocking fee of $169.69 plus shipping of $66. Very unhappy with the seller policies but the chair is very nice.

Beautiful leather chair!! My husband loves it and it goes perfectly in our office, we have have been looking for the perfect chair and found it!

The chair legs eventually loosen upd and rocks. I'm trying to get in contact with manufacturer.It looks high-end, but it's cheaply made. The screws in the back of the chair that attach the armrests keep falling out. Also it doesn't raise and lower very easily and the range is limited. It seems like it should go up higher but it doesn't.
