Won't work with any other charging cord and the one that comes with it is super short. When I plug it in, it's a crap shoot. Sometimes it charges, sometimes it doesn't. It's OK for an absolute emergency but if I had a do-over, then I definitely would not buy this charger. There are many better products on the market

SO AMAZING, HAD TO GET IT TWICE!!!! :)
This product is AMAZING and works FANTASTIC. I first ordered one just for me because i love going to concerts but always close to the end of the concert my phone dies which sucks, but with this i charge it for a few hours at home, unplug it, and once i want to use it on the go i plug my Iphone into it and it charges rate away from being down from 10% it goes up to 90% in less than 1 hour depending on apps you use. Then my little brother has after school sports and he saw how much i like to use this, he asked me to get him one so he can charge his phone. At first I bough him A DIFFERENT BRAND AND IT SUCKED, I only got a different one cause it was a few bucks cheaper but it didn't work, so I was like "you know what these guys do an AMAZING JOB going to buy there product one more time for him". I LOVE IT, WORKS AMAZING and my phone never has to be dead during a concert! THEY ARE THE BEST!

This did not work. I bought two of them as gifts and was disappointed to find out neither worked. I could have sent one back but I ran out of time. Seller shipped promptly and would have accepted a return. Product itself sucks!!

High quality portable charger with a sturdy and stylish design. I used a coupon when purchasing it so it came out to less than $5. I have 4 other portable chargers and this one travels with me the most because of its portability and power capacity. It's 3000mAh which is plenty for it's size.

I bought a EasyAcc battery and that worked great for non cellphone applications
Charges cellphones. DO NOT BUY FOR ANYTHING ELSE!!!! It does not put out KEY WORD >consistent< 1A of power output. I was trying to power a miniBlink off this and it did not work. For powering anything off this battery that requires constant 1a output will not work. For charging cellphones only. I bought a EasyAcc battery and that worked great for non cellphone applications.

I tried a handful of times because I thought I must be doing something wrong: not charging it long enough, waiting too long to use it, wrong cables, etc. But after being very careful that everything was done correctly and still getting zero results, I give up. It just does not work.

Very dissatisfied - nowhere to turn for warranty claims
I purchased this charger about 3 months ago and it worked as advertised.About a few weeks ago, it suddenly stopped being able to charge my phone more than about 10 minutes. The only contact I could find for Innogie was an email address on their website. They have been unresponsive to emails and I have no idea where to turn to get a warranty claim in.Very dissatisfied.

Not working need to return and replace
I've bought the pink charger of this a while agoand worked great and now I've bought the black one and it doesn't work! It's brand new and I charged it over night and the blue light came on so I know it's charged but it isn't charging my phone! I'm disappointed since I've bought this before
