Before ordering, get out a tape measure and understand the size of these. They're not very big. I like having a bit more sparsely decorated place, but they look bigger in the photos.Note that the product is 16" wide, the normal spacing for studs in the US, but the screw slots are inset a bit. This means you won't get both screws into a stud. I wish they had made this with that in mind. Don't plan on hanging your bowling bag on this, but it should support a few jackets and family photo on top.Also, the plastic anchors that come with this for mounting in sheetrock had these giant threads on them. Maybe it will go into sheetrock ok, but we have plaster (older home), and it just destroyed the plaster where I was trying to install it. I stripped the threads off with a utility knife, which wasn't easy, but was slightly faster than a trip to the hardware store. I would've just bought my own anchors if I weren't doing this late in the day and just wanted to finish it.They give you a paper measuring strip to make guides for the screw holes. But it wasn't marked specifically for this product, so you have to make the holes yourself. The paper had been folded so many times that it was hard to get it to lay flat on the wall. Helps to have 3-4 hands. Honestly, a piece of string might be easier. If I had a laser level, this would've been much easier, but I got it done with a submarine level. The distances between the screws doesn't fall on a nice half or quarter inch measurement, so that's sort of illogical and another annoyance when you don't have enough hands for the job. Anyhow, I was fairly handy in a past life, but I was able to get this up with a minimal set of tools.

I have these two shelves hanging up on my wall near my door. In order to prevent having to drill holes in the wall of my apartment, I tried using the strong velcro strips to adhere the shelves to the wall; however, the strips were only strong enough to hold for about two weeks. The shelves themselves are do very well with holding jackets, scarves, umbrellas, and knick knacks on it. Even when the shelf fell, there were no damages to the shelf itself (nor the knick knacks). Definitely go ahead and drill the holes to install these.

Recently we were redoing our bathroom with a barnboard style wallpaper and needed some shelves to go with it. I came across these shelves and I am so thankful I bought them. They came already assembled and ready to be hung on the wall. They are VERY sturdy, and the hooks give space for towels, bathrobes, and even my hair dryer. Highly recommend.

These aren't the greatest, but not the worst by any means. The paint job is pretty rough, doesn't look too good. But the shelf itself gets the job done. Definitely get what you pay for. It's also pretty small, so good thing there is two in the order.

This really added a lovely touch to our entryway. The shelves above the coat hangers make the wall look a lot better with decorations. Much better than just a boring coat rack. Also they included a little paper ruler to mark how far the nail spacing is which was very nice. Highly recommended!

Sturdy little shelves for the price but one of the two has a plain spot on it less finish on it than the rest. Disappointing but using them anyway. I really like the coloring. Perfect size for my space and holds plenty of small things. Using for hats and lanyards with small items under 5lbs at the top.

Screws fell out of package as I unwrapped it. One shelf has cracked wood where the screws were supposed to be. The other shelf has loose screws also that had not fallen out yet. The wood is very soft. These are not very well made. I realize they are less expensive than other shelves comparable but cracked and screws falling out should be addressed. Had they been intact and not cracked I would understand the cheaper materials. However, they came already broken which is gets a bad review from this buyer.

Looks great and was easy to install. Wood is of decent quality and achieves that distressed look without sacrificing quality. Mounts very securely to the wall.

I'm just getting to install these and noticed that one of the brackets on the back was moved and the screws punctured the front. Guess I will be using just the one.

The shelf is a bit narrow and the hooks are much smaller than I expected, however they are cute and fit the space we have just right!
