Very efficient
I was testing the waters when I bought it, but I am extremely satisfied. Have been using for 3 weeks. Water quality is very good. Will be back again.

Faulty and Defective
I bought this last year before I moved out. It was one of my first big purchases. I loved the fact that it filtered out micro plastics and honestly my water at home tastes great.But! I've really went through it with this product. The first one broke off, and after speaking with customer service I was sent a second one. Pleasant enough experience. Although the model sent was leaking and the leak got worse and worse until basically it wasn't even filtering anymore. Both sides were going simultaneously.I contacted them and was sent a THIRD one. Fingers crossed! I thought.This one is now leaking too.I am so upset, I bought a years worth of filters for the faucet attachment and have only gone through one.I'll have to be buying a different filtering system which means I'm out over 100$.Buy a different system.And TAPP, please please fix your product! It would be the best ever if they weren't faulty.

Bad taste when serving more than one glass
Water tastes good if I serve a single glass, but once I refill my water bottle or a pitcher, the taste was really bad. Can’t describe what it tasted like. I’m just serving one glass at a time from the remaining filter until it doesn’t work anymore. I’m not ordering another one.

avevo preso il tapp2 e quando è stato il momento di cambiare il filtro non è stato nessun problema, si cambia facilissimo. L'acqua del filtro e limpida e di buon gusto. Avevo provato altri filtri e non mi è mai piaciuto il gusto dell'acqua. Invece con questo filtro l'acqua è buona. Oltre alla qualità dell'acqua aiutiamo all'ambiente utilizzando meno plastica. Consiglio l'acquisto del sistema Tapp2 e dei filtri.

Leider wieder "explodiert"
Bereits zum zweiten mal ist mir eine Kartusche in der Mitte gerissen und hat meine Küche unter Wasser gesetzt. Schade!
