This shower system is beautiful, however, unless you have a large space for it, I would encourage you to choose a rain fall head that is a little smaller. This one overwhelms my shower. My plumber recommended that I purchase a different neck for it that would raise it up out of my way a little. I previously owned a rain shower head that was smaller and with that it was ok to have it so close but with this big one, it doesn’t work as well. The quality of the system is excellent. The problems with it are my own and not the fault of the manufacturer.

The media could not be loaded.  It’s so pretty. Installation was pretty straight forward.I really like that there are options with the rain shower head so I can adjust it to have some pressure to wash my hair. There is a little water regulator in the head it’s self, a little white piece of plastic. Take some needle nose pliers and remove it.The toggle between the attachments takes some tweaking to get it to be dedicated to each attachment. They give you an Allen wrench for you to do that with.

I have used this several shower systems in a few bathrooms that I have built. Good product for the money and style. I made a mistake in ordering and got a wrong part due to my mistake. I talked with customer service about it and offered to pay for the part. They did not charge anything extra and shipped the part with expedited shipping with very quick response.Thank you.

I have purchased a few of these for our projects. The finish is excellent and the valves seem to hold up. Some units were installed over 10 months ago. I have had to contact their customer support twice, each time the issue was resolved quickly. I highly recommend these shower systems.

I don’t understand all the positive reviews on this product. I spent hours trying to figure out the cryptic and contradictory instructions. I got the valve measurements PERFECTLY and the spouts wouldn’t fit. I reached out to customer service with very detailed explanations of what I was dealing with and all they could do was regurgitate what the instructions say.Very disappointed in this product. Wish I would have spent the extra money on a name brand shower system. Would have saved a lot of time and headache. Everything else I have read about this product, outside of these Amazon reviews, say this product is trash. Don’t know why the reviews say otherwise.

We decided on this one for a full bath gut/remodel. The multiple combinations are excellent, including the rain shower, handheld, and, of course, the tub. We called customer service regarding a quick question, and they were prompt and helpful and sent us what we needed (an instruction manual because we accidentally threw it away with the box). I would buy from this company again. The brushed chrome looks great and does not spot, at least so far. Also, our contractor was impressed and had no issues installing.

We did not install this shower system as we decided to go with a more traditional look and a larger hand held spray head, but I have to say this is very nice! It looks and feels like a shower system that costs hundreds of dollars more! No cheap cheesy parts and my husband said it was complete system with a nice heavy duty valve and would have been fairly easy to install.

This shower system has made our bathroom look amazing and the rainfall shower works great. My son loves the waterfall spout for his baths and the sprayer is super convenient with children.Because of the way we installed our ceiling the specific model I bought came with a straight pipe for the rainfall shower head (this is what I wanted). The issue I had was that my ceiling was not high enough as the pipe that comes with the straight rainfall shower head is fairly long (roughly 12 inches). As I am 6 foot tall I can barely fit under the shower head. Contact the supplier and they immediately sent me a new pipe for no extra charge that was the perfect length for my shower. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Would recommend to anyone.

I was a little scared to install behind my new bathroom tile without having tried it first. After all was said and done I love the product and would gladly put into any new renovations in the future. The quality is great and the price was excellent. The look and finish are excellent and the rain shower head has great pressure. This is exactly what I wanted and it didn't disappoint. Very happy and recommend to anyone thinking of purchasing one as well. Thanks

So I did want a polished look to contract some of the grey in the shower. It came out great. I had these installed by a plumber during the construction phase. So their was no retrofitting.I have somewhat hard water in the house, so I noticed that the shower head nozzles can get a bit clogged but just a quick pass of your hand over them has them working fine again. The polished look is a pain to keep clean though. So there is that to keep in mind!
