If you're looking for a replacement bag / Craftsman Part # 1763272, this one is a perfect fit. Before you toss out your old bag just make sure you retain the black plastic chute as you'll need to attach the bag to that so that the chute can be inserted properly into the rear of the chipper/shredder unit itself.The original bags were made of canvas that rot plus mice just love them. :( This one is made from a heavy polyester duck fabric with heavy-duty mesh sides plus an equally heavy-duty brass two-way zipper. No doubt it'll hold up a lot longer than the original (but be sure to empty it out and wash/dry it occasionally).Elastic opening that goes over the chute was tight but had enough give so I could get it seated properly. Like original set-up, I added a zip-tie over the bag behind the chute opening for added snugness just in case.Tip: Take a photo of your old bag attached to the chute so you know which way to position the new bag on your chute. When attaching the bag to the chute, put the chute inside the bag and pull it through the elasticized bag opening which is easier than trying to shove the entire chute into the elasticized opening.There's a guy on eBay who makes and sells these for $200 a pop. Was really happy to find this alternative on Amazon for more than half less given this part has long been discontinued and you have to have one in order to operate your chipper/shredder/vacuum unit. So far, so good! Will update this review if anything changes.

I was easily able to retrofit this bag to a Yardman chipper/vac at a fraction of the OEM replacement cost. Another plus was that this bag is narrower than the original, making it much less likely to snag/tear (I had to sew up numerous small tears on the original).

Works great for vacuuming a parking lot! Only wish the hole that attaches to the machine was offset to the far right to match my vacuum.

Prepare to struggle and fight this thing. Returned it due to the elastic on the connection point to the chipper being so tight it would not fit. I tried every way I know to get it on and it’s simply to small. Looks like a quality built item but useless if it doesn’t fit

I have had this on my wish list for quite some time and have been patching the old Chipper Bag. The Chipper/Vac itself was getting pretty old so I didn't know if I wanted to put this much cash into the bag alone but I'm glad I did. This bag is well made and has a great zipper opening with two pulls. The elastic around the neck that hooks to the chipper is really strong and actually was a little bit of a chore to install. I had to hold my old one on with a long SS water hose clamp and reused it on the new one but it may not have been necessary because of the snub fit. I have used it a few times this fall and it works as good or better than the older one ever did.Cons: The front and back straps that go around the Chipper/Vac handles are not tight enough to hold. I use a Bungee cord from the center of the top one to the wing nut on the bag release. That will keep the bag where it belongs verses coming off the middle handle bar and dragging on the ground.Bottom Line: I took one point off for the price and having to add a bungee cord but if you like your Chipper/Vac and need a bag this will do the job for you.

Better then the original bag that was on the blower. The zipper was made better and easy to install.

Opening that attaches to chipper / shredder is too small. Returning item.

Needed to replace the 10 year old+ bag on my leaf Shredder. Never thought it would be this easy. Exact fit and very well made.

Does not fit my lawn vac. Had to cut it up at the opening to get it over the debris opening. The material seems tougher then original.
