Victoria Series 3

disappointed with series 3
I liked series 1&2 but this! The same badly lit, tired old sets, a tired script that's just a string of acrimonious scenes and seems to go nowhere. Even the actors seem tired of the characters they're playing. You might have saved it by starting with a Christmas special but you didn't bother. If this is the best you can do, don't make a series 4.

very well done!
I waited impatiently for the third seasonI don't know how these actors manage to play so well the part of individuals who lived in the past and of which only what is known is known in writing.I am pleased that this series gives justice to both the great Sovereign and the Prince consort, to whom we owe so much! The children are also very good. But where do you find such beautiful actors?Everything seems philologically correct with regards to architecture, objects, clothes, etc ... Although some licenses have been taken historically, but it is understandable. The series did not have to end with a similar regret, which then historically would take place about 10 years later, if I remember correctly. The DVD arrived quickly and in perfect condition

Queen Victoria continues to fascinate
In keeping with the earlier series 1 & 2, QV continues the high-level entertainment that we are used to from this series of writers and actors. Lawrence Fox is brilliant as Lord Palmerston, and all episodes end with the anticipation of the next one, which is a hallmark of the whole endeavour. Some licence is taken with the historical truth with the Duchess of Monmouth, but it is sensitively done within the context of human relations. The series ends with the triumph of the 1851 Exhibition, and then a surprise! Now we have to wait for Seriesm 4!
