The heart is beautiful! Only regret is the chain is very thin and flimsy which lost a star. I bought a different chain for my girlfriend as this one broke. Thankfully we didn't lose the heart. A more robust chain would make all the difference.

This product was a Xmas gift for my fiancé and she loved it. The only thing that we were not too happy about is the fact that it came on a extremely small chain that gets twisted up and in knots very easily.

The heart is quite small and the hook that the chain I already have won’t fit through the heart’s chain attachment. I now need to buy a new chain. The heart itself is very pretty.
