Nice, would recommend
I wrote a review for this watch several years ago, this is what it said: “The watch appears nice enough, I’ll amend this review once I get familiar with it, but I’m disappointed to see that the listing incorrectly said it had a 20 mm band, when it clearly has a 22 mm band. I relied upon the listing to purchase an extra long band, except at the one I got is 20 mm and therefore too small for this watch. What a waste of time.”Now that I’ve had to watch for four years, I suppose it is time to amend my review. I upgraded it from four stars to five stars. The watch still looks great, and still works great. I had to replace the battery two months ago, but other than that, it’s kept on ticking. It’s a true moon phase, which is rare at this price point, and although you can find a cheaper, working moon phase, there really isn’t a whole lot out there. … It actually keeps accurate track of the phases of the moon. The day & date dials are accurate, so long as you advance the date on those months that have less than 31 days. And this watched to anybody who was thinking about it, it would not hesitate to buy another one, if I ever lost this one.But remember, this is a 22 mm band, not a 20 mm band, so buy your replacements accordingly to save some time.

It looks just as good on your wrist as it does in the picture!
A great looking watch. Already received quite a few compliments on it. You really get a nice looking watch without spending a whole lot of money!

Pretty to look at, but not a quality item for the money.
The watch is beautiful to look at, but the pusher buttons on the side were broken. I ordered a replacement straight from the factory, and the replacement was broken in the exact same way. Even if the pushers worked properly, the date turns over at 10 pm instead of 12, and the moon phase setting is close, but slightly inaccurate, meaning that you will have to reset it every couple of months. Sorry Stuhrling, but this watch is not worth the price.

Looks Great
The watch looks great. I love it! The strap looks really good too. It does not feel like expensive leather but I'm keeping it. The color is what I want and is beautiful. This is my first moonphase, so I will update this review later. Cheers from Texas.Update. I don't like moving the time foward to get to the moonphase, but you just do that once. For the price point its a good buy. My next moonphase Patek Philip.I love the watch. Why did it double in price? I paid about $100 US.Update Update. I scored the watch for $100 US. Now it's double the price. What gives. I wanted another for a gift.Update: Undate: The strap is very fine. I love the moonphase complication. I will wear it more than my Seiko Alpinist 119 (Ghost).
