100% effective for me.
I had no idea how well an ultrasonic scarer would work detering the cat leaving gifts on my front path every moring, so I bought this cheap one to try. The cat hasn't been back once since I installed it - perfect record.Pros: Cheap, worked great for scaring off cats, has stood up to the winter weather well and is still on its first set of batteries.Cons: You can hear it when it goes off (only part of the tone is ultrasonic) and it's quite annoying if you're outside and keep triggering it.For the price it is well worth trying.

Bought as repeller but but fails too work, lights up and sounds but NBG.
This Pestbye cat repeller fails to work correctly. The sensor picks upall movement but does not deter any cats at all, this morning there were two cats in the garden digging by the daffodils. Also it easily runs the batteries down quickly.Has failed to work for months.I would try for a return as fails to work correctly, but discover I had it over a year, bought 6 Jan 2019 but will not buy again.MOST FRUSTRATING AND ANNOYING PUNCH

why wont it stop
this worked fine for the first couple of weeks after we purchased it and only sent out the signal when you came near it but now it just constantly sends out the signal and i have to switch it off when my grandchildren are in the garden

Does As Described - Got Rid of Cats
Can hear noise from unit when near to it but so far has stopped cats using garden as loo site. It did take 5 -7 days to stop cats from coming in over the fence but happy with result

Good product
Well seems to work well to stop the lovely neighbourhood moggies from helping themselves to my poor pond fish. Will purchase another in month or so after trial period.

Haven't seen a cat since installation... or a racoon or possum - not bad for Plymouth!

Cats off the grass!
I bought this the other day as sick of the neighbouring cats having a poop party on my lawn. It's only been in for less than 24 hours.. fingers crossed it's done the trick. Cats are looking for somewhere else to party!
