Amazon Essentials Hoodie For Men, Sherpa-Lined Full-Zip Fleece Sweatshirt

This item was on sale in a small size for men. I am 145 lbs, 40 chest, 30 waist, and 39 hips. Because of the high-waisted baggy jeans, I chose a smaller size, so it hit me higher. I was afraid it would not zip on my waist or chest. This fit exactly how I wanted it to look. It is a close fit, but I still have plenty of room to move my arms around. The chest also fits perfectly. The length is longer than my waist, but it looks great. I have washed it and hung it to dry. The recommended fit was a medium; had I wanted to wear layers underneath it or fleece, I could see that, but for me and wearing only a long sleeve t-shirt or a turtle neck, the small in men's was perfect. I love the olive color! I ordered this in the grey-S which feels a little more snug, and I just received the orange (hint of rust, not blazing orange), and it feels more like a smaller medium. All 3 colors were ordered in S, so just know the sizing does very. It keeps you warm enough for early morning dog walks, especially if you have fleece on underneath, for here in the Pacific Northwest.

This was purchased as a sweatshirt to work in.It is well constructed and the zippers work very well.Ive washed it twice- the color( black) held up and best of all,the Sherpa lining is not shedding!I wore it for a week while digging for rocks and gems so a lot of moving around.Great fit,the garment moved with me if you know what I mean.Average daily temp was low 50s and kept me comfortable with a light thermal and long sleeve tee.I especially like that the sleeves are line with a smooth material so my arms were still warm but easy to pull through.I am so pleased with the fit- a woman’s jacket is a little too fitted and sits closer to the waist,a mens large is usually way too long.This is a bit roomy but I don’t feel like I’m swimming in it.I could wear this out anytime.I did order another in green and fits same as the first.for reference I am 5’7” 180lbs.

My son loves this jacket. It's so super soft and warm. Didn't shrink. Sized as expected. Camel color is good looking. VERY happy with this purchase!

I bought this for myself. It is so warm and cozy. There is sherpa in the body & hood. The sleeves have 2 layers of knit material. The body and sleeve length is good. It seems to wash well. Overall a solid hoodie that I will be wearing often.

I was extremely surprised with the quality of this hoodie. I wasn't expecting much since it's an Amazon Essentials brand but man it's actually pretty nice and seems well made. It's heavy to and super warm.Glad I found this, it's the best 24$ hoodie I've ever got

I had been looking for a full zip hoodie to use as a mid-layer underneath my canvas jacket to add some extra warmth as the season gets colder. Because this is a mid-layer, I wanted a hoodie with a close fit and not a relaxed or loose fit as most hoodies seem to be.The Amazon listing describes this hoodie as a straight, hugging fit through the body and a snug layering piece which is exactly what I was looking for, so I ordered one.I am 6’-1” tall and weigh 140lbs. I ordered a size medium. It is a little bit big in the midsection but overall, I find the body fit acceptable to what I was looking for. I would have liked to have been able to order a size medium tall to get a little extra length in the sleeves.The listing was a bit confusing to me as to what part of the hoodie is lined in Sherpa. To clarify, the “entire” inside of the jacket and hood except the sleeves is Sherpa lined.The warmth factor of the hoodie exceeded what I expected. If it is not windy outside, I can wear the hoodie by itself and be comfortable down to about 40/45 degrees F. Below this temperature I wear it as a mid-layer under my blanket lined canvas jacket.In summary, I was pleasantly surprised with this hoodie.

I really liked the sweater, it's doing great after a few washes. It's warmer than conventional sweaters. It does better than my faux fur and leather coat at making me feel warm, so 10/10 on being a winter sweater.My sister also bought one(black), and the sewing on her sleeves was a little shabby because of the nature of trying to sew two things together without taking a million years to make sure they're perfectly aligned. Mine (gray) was fine though. I normally appreciate the extra length but it's not hard to take the sleeves in a little to make it have that more fitted look. And when I zip it up there's not as much of that dreaded puff that makes me look even fatter. I think it was designed well with a good, deep hoodie that still works when I wear a bun or a hat (If you look closely, it has the middle stripe of extra fabric that makes it actually big enough for heads).Works pretty great in rain, I think because of the thick layers. I've worn it in bad weather like that twice now, and it's kept me pretty good and dry until the outer layer looks like it's gotten fully soaked. So it's good for when you have short walks in anything but the heaviest rainfall in my experience so far.There are two layers throughout the sweater. They're both thick, and the arms don't have the lining on the inside of the torso and hood, but an extra layer of the outside material. I like the decision, the sleeves would have been too cold for the target weather otherwise. Either way, the material does not feel too synthetic in my opinion. I like it.Overall, 10/10. If you can mend this sweater does not take a lot of effort to make it have a more custom fit, and it's well designed. It doesn't fall into the common sweater traps, and it's compensated for the things it can't do (like anticipate every body type on the belly-pudge). I'll probably end up buying another one.

Love this lined sweatshirt. The hood has double row hems so it fits better than single row styles. The shell and interior materials are very soft. My 3XL fit is right on the mark in my opinion. Only wish I had was that it had an inside pocket. It didn't advertise one so it's not a knock off. Will definitely buy again.
