I had used this a few years ago and was amazed at how it seemed to improve my focus and memory. This reorder affirmed that memory, no pun intended. The chemical is small enough to cross the blood brain barrier and really seems to do what it intends; sharpening my mind with no side effects. Recommended.

I've bought Source Naturals brand Vinpocetine around 90% of the time I've been taking it, over the past 10 years. I don't feel as sharp or focused when I don't take. I'd recommend taking 5mg to start, and moving up to 10 mg if 5 isn't helping you. Also, be sure to take it with a sunflower-based lecithin product (Solgar or Now are very good). Vinpocetine could deplete choline levels requiring higher levels of consumption. Without lecithin, I'll get headaches with doses higher than 5mg of Vinpocetine.

Noticed a difference in only 1 week of use. Would definitely recommend!
