Second update: It’s been roughly a year and a half since I bought this heating pad. The first one stopped working after 4 months. They sent me a replacement that worked for almost exactly a year. I’m changing my review from 3 stars to 4 stars because in spite of the heating pads not lasting as long as they should, Dr. Duane has been great at honoring the two year warranty! Easy to deal with, quick replies to messages, clear communication, replacements sent in reasonable time. These are standards that can turn a negative buyer experience into a positive. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Dr. Duane in the future.Update: since my first review I came to realize that if I unplugged the heating pad AND waited a while, it might come back on ... for a while. Ultimately, it completely stopped working. I contacted the seller because it was still within the warranty period. I was sent another one in a fairly short time. I wanted to bump the review to 4 stars until I realized the new one doesn’t get as warm as the first. It’s definitely better than nothing but even the first one didn’t get nearly as warm as the other kinds I’ve used. If we had the option to give half-stars, I would have given 2.5 stars. But since I can’t split the difference I went ahead and gave 3. Hopefully it will keep working and I won’t need to update again. But as they say ... watch this spaceOriginal review:The fabric is ugly but that wasn’t a big concern as long as it performed well, which it did ... for only 4 months. As of last night it stopped working and the display shows “F” when I turn it on. I remember seeing several reviews saying the same thing but since this is the 3rd heating pad I’ve got from Amazon I was hoping I might get lucky this time and finally get one that would last more than a few months.I need to use a heating pad on a daily basis and wish I knew of one I could buy that would work reliably and not have to be replaced regularly.

I love the size & look of this heating pad along with the easily adjustable softness! It’s been a great addition to my pain relief tools, but I have one issue w/it: where the cord connects & disconnects to the heating pad for cleaning......it disconnects on it’s own very easily all the time! The issue w/this is that when you plug it back into itself, it gives you an ‘F’ on the LED screen & won’t work unless you get up & unplug it from the wall socket for a bit & then plug it back in. This is a big problem for those of us that are disabled & it’s hard to move around, much less get to the wall socket.

I love this heating pad. I have had it for almost a year and now after so long I tried turning it on and it gives me 2 error codes and I've tried unplugging the thing from the cord and at electrical source and I can't get the heating pad to work again now it says there's a warranty for 2 years on it and to contact for questions but doesnt say who to contact. Any ideas? I need this to start working again!

Sadly I have to change my previous review of this heating pad. I had noticed early on that the control would get very warm and it concerned me. But it kept working and I was careful to ensure that it was turned off and uncovered. I’ve had it for seven months. Now it won’t work at all. I’m pretty sure that the control overheated. Now I’m searching for a new one.I love this heating pad! It’s exactly what I wanted. The only complaint is that the cord unplugs from the pad fairly easily. And then to get the pad to reset you have to unplug the cord from the electric outlet. It would be nice if the company put one of the locking tabs on the pad. But I still love it!

I go through a couple heating pads a year. This one is amazing. It's actually huge. And incredibly soft. I love that it has 6 heat settings. I like mine on "warm" setting. Not to hot. There aren't very many pads that have a warm feature. This one does. You will love this heating pad. I do wish they made a smaller one. But the larger size has come in handy when my lower back and my shoulders both hurt. It goes all the way from my lower back up past my shoulders, so it takes care of it all at once. You can also fold it in half and use it that way. I've never seen one this soft ever.

I love the size and the fact that it is so huge. It got very hot quickly; which was awesome! My eyes literally rolled back in my head because of the relief it gave my severely contracted muscles. I see pain a pain management doctor on a regular basis for injections and radio frequency treatments.; however, I still need to do yoga and take daily muscle relaxers and narcotic pain killers. The decorative stars and plushness are also great features. It was very comfortable to have against skin.I hate that it has only 1 velcro strap which isn't even sewn to the pad. It makes it impossible to secure it to your body without it slipping. Other pads I've used had at least 2 straps or ties.It worked great the first few days, but now I'm consistently getting a "F" on the controller.I've used a lot of different heating pads, but this is just to cumbersome for someone who spends most of their time tethered to an outlet.I've never had to return a heating pad now. If they add more straps and decrease the sensitivity of th "F" feature I would try it again because the heat gets warmer than the average heating pad on the "high" setting.

Size 33.5''x17.7'', bigger than any of my old heating pads even the XL King Size, and only weigh 0.81lb. So impressed! Literally the perfect heat therapy tool for whole body. Love its 90 minutes Auto-shut off design, sometimes i would re-press the power button to turn on again, i mean who could resist such a comfy treatment when the winter seems never ends. Thank God it has 6 heat settings so that i could control the temperature and never worry about getting overheated, usually i would start on the Medium temperature, and lower it down to Medium Low temperature as time goes by. I love this heating pad so much that i would cool it down before putting back to the box everytime when i finish my heat therapy, although the company offers 2 years warranty.
