Bitters are the secret weapon in elevating a cocktail from merely decent to something special. I have tried a number of bitters and products and of course the "usual suspects" such as Angostura, Peychauds, Fee Brothers, and Regans. While Angostura and Peychaud's have their place and Regans Orange Bitters are nice I avoid Fee Brothers like the plague...but finding the "flavors" one needs to punch up a drink can be hard.Enter Scrappy's Bitters. Beautiful package, great flavors, and easy to use. I am a new and big fan. Experimenting with more to come but I can see the Orleans and Aromatics playing nicely with whiskey drinks as well as the Orange whilst Celery may be "just the ticket" in vodka and gin based drinks...well done Scrappy's.

The Orleans would be great in your sazeracs, the Aromatic is close to a classic bitters like Angostura, haven't tried the Orange bitters yet.Smelling the Celery one - it smells very much like an echinacea tincture. Not sure yet what to do with this one.The great thing about these bitters is that they do not contain the evil caramel color and 'added coloring' per Angostura. And, I can feel that immediately. Not getting a 'hot' feel after drinking a cocktail with the Aromatic one.So yeah, I'll be throwing out the Angostura, and after this set is done, buy Scrappy's Aromatic instead!

Great way to get started adding bitters to your home bar. Lets you get a sample of different types. This is one of the better brands too. Also, not sure why people are complaining about the size being small in the reviews. First, it's a sampler pack. And second, if you know anything about using bitters, then you know how such a tiny amount goes a long way. This product isn't made for a restaurant, it's for personal use. We've had at least a dozen drinks so far and it hasn't made a dent in the bitters. Will order the brand again.

I bought the variety pack of Scrappy's in the blue packaging to go with gin and other clear spirits and loved them so much, I had to have these for dark-spirit drinks like old fashioneds. They all smell wonderful, and I'm looking forward to playing with them more!!!

I don't see that the size is listed at this time, so just so you know each bottle is 1/2 oz each, and there are 4 bottles. They're smaller than you'd think, but you only need a little bit at a time and they're presented very nicely for gift giving. Highly recommend this as a gift for any cocktail-making enthusiasts in your life.

Product is GREAT. 4 stars mainly due to price although I will say that at specialty stores this exact pack of bitters is $40.. These are top notch quality ingredients with no dyes and additives unlike the cheap and well known brands. Mix pack is expensive in my mind but great for trying the various flavors. Personal favorite is the New Orleans and Aromatic because I don't drink bloody's (celery bitters) and the orange is good in seltzer but not sure about anything else.The NO and Aromatics make a mean Sazerac and/or Old Fashioned

This is a SMALL box. Like in the palm of your hand. The bottles are small (1 oz) but will last you a LONG time. You only need a bit in each drink. So far I am loving this set! Will be looking at big bottles and other sampler sets in the future.

There’s a no return policy and mine arrived nearly empty from leaking with the seal broken. Complete waste of money.
