Previously I was getting packages with a couple of damaged bottles in each, however, the most recent shipment was packaged perfectly with extra padding on each side of the box. None of the vials were broken and the shipping was super fast. It looks like the vendor has heard the feedback and done some improvements with the packaging.The product itself is unique and as far as royal jelly goes, it’s fresh and delicious, and does make a positive difference in my overall well-being. I ordered it many times in the past and I take a vial or two every day. Thank you for having this available to us!P.S. The consistency potentially changed over time. It seems that it’s a bit more “liquidy” than it used to be, and not as viscous as before, the flavor has also changed a bit. I didn’t do any test and can’t tell if quality has been affected, it just seems to have a different consistency and flavor from what I used to remember. Of course there are a lot of factors that could make the difference, so I am not lowering the rating, just providing some observations.
